Հանդարտության կոչ՝ ուղղված ջավախքցի մեր հայրենակիցներին օգոստոսի 8-ին Ախալքալակում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձությունների հետ կապված. Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, խոր ցավով և մեծ անհանգստությամբ տեղեկացանք օգոստոսի 8-ին Ախալքալակ քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձությունների մասին, որի հետևանքով սպանվել է մեկ երիտասարդ, կան վիրավորներ, տեղի են ունեցել ավերածություններ, հրդեհվել են տներ, ջարդվել են մեքենաներ։ Բարեկամ Վրաստանի և մասնավորապես Ջավախքի տարածաշրջանի ներքին կայունությունն ու միասնականությունը կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է հայկական և վրացական պետությունների համար։ Ուստի կոչ ենք անում պահպանել հանդարտություն, չտրվել սադրանքների, ձեռնպահ մնալ ստեղծված շոկային իրավիճակում որոշումներ կայացնելուց և քայլեր կատարելուց, որոնք կարող են պատճառ դառնալ նոր ողբերգությունների և անդառնալի կորուստների։ Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, ստեղծված իրավիճակը ձեռնտու է բացառապես մեր թշնամիներին, ովքեր իրենց որջերում նստած կփորձեն խորացնել անկայունությունը և օգտվել դրանից։ Մեր տարածաշրջանի ներկայիս լարվածության պայմաններում Հայաստանի և Վրաատանի սահմաններին ցանկացած պահի կարող է պատերազմական իրավիճակ ստեղծվել։ Խիզախ ջավախքցու կռվելու անսահման ոգեղեն էներգիան միմիայն նման դեպքերում պետք է օգտագործվի, իսկ այս ողբերգական իրադարձությունների հանգուցալուծումը պետք է տան միմիայն Վրաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները։ Մեր խորին ցավակցություններն ենք հայտնում կուլիկամցի սպանված երիտասարդի ընտանիքին, հարազատներին, բարեկամներին և ընկերներին։ «Ջավախք» հայրենակցական միության նախագահ Շիրակ Թորոսյան
