Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է մարդասիրությունը քաղաքականության հետ նույն նժարի վրա դնել. Մ.Ասլանյան

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Վանաձորի Ուկրշին տնակային ավանում խոշոր հրդեհից տուժած 5 ընտանիք ձմռան կեսին առանց տուն է մնացել:
ORER.am-ը փորձեց Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանից պարզել, թե այս ընթացքում իր կողմից ինչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել ընտանիքներին օգնելու նպատակով: Քաղաքապետը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այս պահի դրությամբ կարողացել է մարդկանց տանիքի տակ տեղավորել և ներկայումս զբաղված են նրանց առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներ մատակարարելով:
«Նաև որոշում եմ կայացրել ավագանու նիստ հրավիրել, օրակագում ունենալով մեկ հարց՝ որ բյուջեում փոփոխություն կատարենք և կարողանաք այդ մարդկանց համար համայնքի գումարներով բնակարաններ վարձակալել, մինչև հետագայում կարողանանք այդ ընտանիքների հարցերին նորմալ լուծում տալ»,- ասաց Մ.Ասլանյանը:
Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ավագանու նիստին մասնակցելով` ընդդիմադիր թևի ներկայացուցիչների հանդեպ վհուկների որս չի սկսվի, և հետագայում այն շահարկման առարկա չի դառնա, Մ.Ասլանյանն ասաց, որ իր համար շատ մեծ ցավ է այդ ընտանիքներին նման վիճակում տեսնելը:
Քաղաքպետի խոսքով՝ ավելի մեծ դավաճանություն չի՞ արդյոք մարդկանց անօթևան թողնելը, քան ավագանու նիստին մասնակցելը, և ինչպե՞ս կարող է ավագանու նիստը բոյկոտող քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների հանդեպ իր կողմից վհուկների որս սկսվել:
«Ինչպես կարելի է մարդասիրությունը քաղաքականության հետ նույն նժարի վրա դնել: Սա ապաքաղաքական երևույթ և արտակարգ դեպք է: Աստված մի արասցե, բայց նման բան բոլորի հետ էլ կարող է պատահել ցանկացած վայրում: Եվ ինչպես կարող ենք մենք այդ մարդկանց անօգնական թողնել և ասել, որ մենք քաղաքական դաշտում խնդիրներ ունենք լուծելու: Ով մեզ հետո կների, եթե նման քայլ տեղի ունենա»,- ասաց Մ.Ասլանյանը:
Նա նշեց նաև, որ ամեն դեպքում ինքը որպես Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ պարտավոր է ավագանու նիստ հրավիրել, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի բյուջեից այդ ընտանիքների համար բնակարան վարձելու գումարների հարցի վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնել:
«Ես չեմ կարող իմ քաղաքացիների հանդեպ անտարբեր լինել և նախօրոք իմանալով, որ բոյկոտում են, հնարավոր է քվորում չլինի՝ ավագանու նիստ չհրավիրեմ: Ես պարտավոր եմ նիստ հրավիրել և պարտավոր եմ թե՛ իմ քաղաքացիական, մարդասիրական քայլը կատարել, և՛ պաշտոնական լիազորությունների շրջանակներում հարցին լուծում գտնել, որպեսզի ես կարողանամ իմ համաքաղաքացիներին ձմռան կեսին անօթևան չթողնեմ»,- ասում է Մ.Ասլանյանը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ ինքը՝ որպես քաղաքապետ, և ավագանու անդամները` որպես քաղաքացիների կողմից ձայն ստացած անձինք, ուրիշ էլ ե՞րբ են փորձելու իրենց քաղաքացիների խնդիրներին լուծում գտնել, եթե ոչ հիմա: Բայց եթե քվորումի բացակայության պատճառով, այնուամենայնիվ, հնարավոր չլինի ավագանու նիստ գումարել, ինչը որևէ անօրինական քայլ էլ չի կատարի, այլ կշարունակի կոորդինացնել բոլոր ուժերը տուժած ընտանիքներին ամեն կերպ աջակցելու համար:
