Հերթական սկանդալը ԱԱԾ-ում

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ԱԱԾ-ում նոր սկանդալ է հասունացել։ Մենք արդեն մոտ մեկ շաբաթ է գրում ենք, որ ԱԱԾ նոր տնօրենը որոշել է Գինեսի ռեկորդների գրքում գրանցվել՝ նա ԱԱԾ-ում «ապօրինի զենք» է հայտնաբերել եւ որոշել է մեղադրել ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենին ու գործող աշխատակիցներին։

Մենք գրել էինք, որ ձերբակալվել է ԱԱԾ սպառազինությունների բաժնի պետ Արտակ Թորոսյանը, փորձել են նրանից ցուցմունքներ կորզել, որ զինապահեստում եղած «ապօրինի զենքի» որոշ նմուշներ «պատկանում են» Արթուր Վանեցյանին։ Բայց քանի որ ԱԱԾ-ում միշտ եղել է հաշվառված, բայց անհայտ ծագումնաբանությամբ զենք, որն օգտագործվել է տարբեր նպատակների համար, ԱԱԾ հին աշխատակիցները, այդ թվում՝ Սպառազինության բաժնի պետը նման ցուցմունք չեն տվել։

Սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խստիվ հրահանգել է Քյարամյանին՝ ամեն գնով Վանեցյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրել եւ նա հուսահատ փնտրտուքի մեջ է։ Թորոսյանի հարցում ձախողվելուց հետո, երբ պարզ է դարձել, որ վերջինս Վանեցյանի դեմ ցուցմունք չի տալու, Քյարամյանը որոշել է «աշխատել» ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տնտեսական գծով տեղակալ Արամ Հակոբյանի ուղղությամբ։

2013 թվականից ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող, գեներալ Արամ Հակոբյանին փորձել են մեղադրել Ծառայությունում առկա «ապօրինի» զենքի համար։ Սակայն մինչ ԱԱԾ-ում գցում-բռնում են՝ ինչպես գործը հարուցել, ինչպես ստիպել, որ Հակոբյանը Վանեցյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տա, ինչպես անել, որ չխայտառակվեն, բայց հրահանգը կատարեն, նոր սկանդալ է ծագել։

 

Գեներալ Արամ Հակոբյանը պատահաբար հայտնաբերել է, որ իր կաբինետում «ժուչոկ»՝ գաղտնալսող սարք է տեղադրված։ ԱԱԾ վաղեմի աշխատակիցը խիստ վրդովվել է, մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացրել, ասել է՝ կամ պետք է դատարանի որոշում ցույց տաք, որով գաղտնալսում եք ինձ, կամ՝ եթե չկա նման որոշում, ուրեմն կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ օտարերկրյա գաղտնի ծառայություններ են ներխուժել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ շենք եւ գաղտնալսում են տնօրենի տեղակալին։

Սկանդալը մարելու եւ այս խայտառակ միջադեպը ԱԱԾ պատերի ներսում կոծկելու համար Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը «լեզու է գտել» Հակոբյանի հետ՝ որոշել են, որ քրեական գործ չի հարուցվում, նրան հանգիստ են թողնում, Հակոբյանը գնում է արձակուրդ, կրքերը հանդարտվում են, իսկ արձակուրդից վերադառնալով գեներալը գնում է կենսաթոշակի, որովհետեւ 29-ամյա այս երիտասարդի հետ աշխատել ուղղակի «հնարավոր չէ»։

Ի դեպ, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալը ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր, գործարար Հակոբ Հակոբյանի եղբայրն է։ Երեկ մենք Հակոբյանի հետ փորձեցինք զրուցել եղբոր թեմայով, սակայն նա կտրականապես հրաժարվեց խոսել։ Հարցին՝ ճի՞շտ է, որ արձակուրդից հետո իր եղբայրը «վաստակած հանգստի» է մեկնելու, ասաց․ «Փաստորեն, դուք ամեն ինչ էլ գիտեք, ինձ հարցեր մի տվեք»։
