ՖՈՏՈ. Հակառակորդի «Գրադ»-ի մարտկոցի սպանված հրամանատարը

Razm.info-ն գրում է. Հուլիսի 15-ին Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնեց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը Տավուշի ուղղությամբ մարտերի ժամանակ կիրառել է նաև «Գրադ» ՀԿՌՀ։ Օրեր անց Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն հայտարարեց․ «եթե հայկական կողմն ունի որևէ ապացույց առ այն, որ «Գրադ» կամ «ՏՕՍ1-Ա» տեսակի համակարգեր է կիրառվել, թող ներկայացնի»։ Ռազմինֆոն պարզել է, որ հուլիսի 13-ին մարտերում սպանված ադրբեջանցի ավագ լեյտենանտ Ռեշադ Մահմուդովն (Rəşad Mahmudov) առնվազն «Գրադ»-ի մարտկոցի հրամանատար է եղել։

Դեռևս 2019թ. հուլիսին ադրբեջանական ATV հեռուստաընկերության հաղորդումներից մեկի եթերում ավագ լեյտենանտ Մահմուդովը լրագրողին ներկայացնում է «Գրադ» համակարգի նպատակն ու առանձնահատկությունները։ Այնուհետև նշում է, որ իրենք երեքամսյա նախապատրաստական դասընթացներ են անցնում դրա համար։

Դատելով դասընթացի մասին Մահմուդովի պատմածից, ինչպես նաև իր ավագ լեյտենանտ լինելու փաստից՝ կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ նա առնվազն «Գրադ» ՀԿՌՀ֊ի մարտկոցի հրամանատար էր: Մահմուդովի հետ հարցազրույցի կադրերից դատելով՝ նա ծառայում էր Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ 3-րդ կորպուսի 065 հրետանային զորամասում։ Այն տեղակայված է համեմատաբար թիկունքում՝ հուլիսյան մարտական գործողությունների վայրերից շուրջ 50կմ հեռավորության վրա:

Հայ֊ադրբեջանական սահմանի մոտ Մահմուդովի զոհվելու փաստն անուղղակի ապացույց կարող է լինել այն բանի, որ այդ զորամասից համակարգերը բերվել են մարտական գործողության գոտի։ Այսինքն ադրբեջանական կողմն իսկապես փորձել է «Գրադ» կիրառել Հուլիսյան պատերազմի ժամանակ։ Հակառակ դեպքում անտրամաբանական է, թե ինչ գործ ուներ 3-րդ կորպուսի համեմատաբար թիկունքում տեղակայված հրետանային զորամասի «Գրադի» անձնակազմը առաջնագծին համեմատաբար մոտ հատվածում, ինչը թույլ է տվել առանց հեռահար միջոցներ կիրառելու խոցել նրան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նմանատիպ այլ պատմություն ադրբեջանական կորուստներից մեկի մասին ներկայացրել էինք ավելի վաղ․ Ադրբեջանը պնդում էր, որ հուլիսյան մարտերի ընթացքում հայկական կողմն ադրբեջանական որևէ տանկ չի խոցել, ավելին՝ Ադրբեջանը զրահատեխնիկա չէր բերել առաջնագիծ։ Ռազմինֆոյին հայտնի էր դարձել, որ հուլիսի 14-ին սպանված պայմանագրային շարքային զինծառայող Մուստաֆազադե Էլչին Արիֆ օղլուն տանկիստ է եղել։
