Հարուստ ու համեստ կայազորային դատախազները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ կան այնպիսի դատախազներ, որոնք կամ բավական համեստ միջոցների տեր մարդիկ են, կամ էլ՝ մեծ հմտությամբ այդպես են իրենց ներկայացնում: Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը մի հարթակ է, որը թույլ է տալիս ցանկացած քաղաքացու տեսնել, թե ինչ հնարավորությունների տեր մարդիկ են մեր պաշտոնյաները: Այս անգամ «Փաստը» որոշել է անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի կայազորների զինվորական դատախազների ունեցվածքների ուսումնասիրությանը: Սրանց մեջ կան այնպիսիք, ովքեր դեմ չեն կողքից եկամուտ ունենալու գաղափարին և մեծ թվերի հասնող փոխառություններ են հանձնում:
Այդպիսին է Սևանի կայազորի դատախազ Գարիկ Հայրապետյանը, ով հայտարարագրել է մեկ անավարտ (կիսակառույց) շինություն և 21 միլիոն 607 հազար դրամի չափով փոխառություններ: Վերջինս ժամանակն իզուր չի վատնել և իր ունեցած գումարները դրել է շրջանառության մեջ՝ դրանից օգուտ ունենալու նպատակով: Նրա դրամական միջոցներն էլ կազմել են 300 հազար դրամ և 15500 ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ տարեկան եկամուտներն էլ՝ 16 միլիոն 892 հազար դրամ:
Մեծ կարողությունների տեր դատախազներից է նաև Գորիսի կայազորի դատախազ Մարգար Բաղդասարյանը, ով նախորդ տարի վաճառել է իր 33 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ բնակարանը՝ փոխարենը գնելով ավելի թանկ՝ 50 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ բնակարան: Ըստ հայտարարագրի՝ նա վաճառել է նաև 4 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ իր «MERCEDES–BENZ S 320» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան: Իր դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 18 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ եկամուտներն էլ՝ 9 միլիոն 953 հազար դրամ:
«Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա է վարում նաև Լոռու մարզի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ Արթուր Զաքարյանը, ով 14 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ ունի իր հաշվին և 6 միլիոն 855 հազար դրամ էլ եկամուտ:
Եղեգնաձորի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ Ստեփան Մանուշակյանը թեև հայտարարագրած ավտոմեքենա չունի, բայց դրա փոխարեն մեկ առանձնատուն և երեք հողամաս ունի: Բացի այդ, իր դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարի կազմել են 15 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամ, իսկ եկամուտները՝ 8 միլիոն 545 հազար դրամ:
Թիվ 1 կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ Նիկոլայ Գաբրիելյանն ունի 7 միլիոն դրամ և 6 միլիոն 715 հազար դրամ եկամուտ:
Դրանից բացի, նա վարում է ամերիկյան «INFINITI I 30» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա:
Համեմատաբար համեստ միջոցների տեր դատախազներ են Երևանի կայազորի դատախազ նշանակված Արման Ասլանյանը, թիվ 2 կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ Արայիկ Պետրոսյանն ու թիվ 3 կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ Կարեն Աղաբեկյանը: Երևանի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազը հայտարարագրել է ընդամենը 2 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ և մեկ բնակարան, Արայիկ Պետրոսյանը՝ 2 միլիոն դրամ գումար և 6 միլիոն 597 հազար դրամ եկամուտ, ինչպես նաև «OPEL ASTRA GL 1.4I» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Իսկ Աղաբեկյանն էլ հայտարարագրել է մեկ բնակարան, 6 միլիոն դրամ դրամական միջոցներ և 6 միլիոն 114 հազար դրամ էլ եկամուտ:
