"Չտես փրկիչն" ու Արժեք ստեղծողը

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է 


«Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 100 միլիոն դրամ է հատկացրել Բեյրութում պայթյունների հետևանքով զոհված հայրենակիցների ընտանիքներին և Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսարանին: Ի դեպ, սա Մերձավոր Արևելքի հայկական գաղթօջախներին օժանադկելու առաջին դեպքը չէ․ 2015-ին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը տպավոիչ այց է կատարել Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսարան, Լիբանանի, Իրանի, այլ երկրների հայկական համայնքներ ու նրա մեկենասությամբ իրականություն են դարձել մի շարք հայապահպան ծրագրեր։
Սրանք ոչ թե անջատ նախաձեռնություններ են, այլ տեղավորվում են Ծառուկյանի այն տեսլականի մեջ, որն ուղղված է Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք եռամիասնությանը։
Սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի համազգային պլատֆորմը բացառիկ է այլ առումով․ դեռ տարիներ առաջ նա առաջինը գործնականում կոտրեց այն կարծրատիպը, որ միայն Հայաստանն ունի Սփյուռքի ֆինանսկան աջակցության կարիքը։ Ծառուկյանը դարձավ, ըստ էության, հայաստանյան առաջին սեփականատերը, քաղաքական առաջնորդը, որն ինքը ձեռք մեկնեց Սփյուռքի մեր եղբայրերին և քույրերին՝ համազգային կոնսոլիդացիայի հիմքում դնելով հայաստանակենտրոնության գաղափարը։
Սակայն վերադառանանք մեր օրեր։
Ուշագրավ է, որ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում սա երկրորդ դեպքն է, երբ հայկական սփյուռքում մեր հայրենակիցները հայտնվում են ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակներում և առաջինն արձագանքում են, այսպես ասած, խոշոր կապիտալի ներկայացուցիչներն՝ իրապես նպաստելով մեր հայրենակիցների կոնսոլիդացիային։
Մոսկվայում չէր լինի "ծիրանի" փառահեղ կամպանիան, եթե իրենց հայտարարություններով դա չնախապատրաստեին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու Սամվել Կարապետյանը։ Բեյրութի ողբերգությունից հետո Հայաստանի կառավարության արձագանքը բավականաչափ դանդաղաշարժ է՝ նաև օբյեկտիվ պատճատներով, որովհետև մեր աղքատ պետությունն ինքն ուրիշների օժանդակության կարիքն ունի և ոչ էլ քաղաքակրթական այնպիսի ներուժով է օժտված՝ նման դեպքերում համազգային կոնսոլիդացիա ապահովելու համար, ինչը միտված կլիներ գոնե Լիբանանի գաղթօջախին օգնելու համար։
Այս պարագայում Ծառուկյանն արագ արձագանքեց ու նրա նախաձեռնությունը դուրս է ներքաղաքական կոնյուկտուրայից ու հաշվարկներից։ Ուղղակի ընդունենք, որ հասարակությանն ու ազգին օբյեկտիվորեն կարող են կոնսոլիդացնել արժեք ստեղծող մարդիկ։ Դա այդպես է ամբողջ աշխարհում, իսկ արկածախնդիր հեղափոխականնների միակ ուշքն ու միտքը կուլակաթափությունն է, այլ խոսքով՝ արժեք ստեղծող մարդկանց ինստիտոիտի վերացումը, ինչից հետո հեշտ է ղեկավարել օխլոկրատիայի ստեղծած փլատակների վրա՝ մինչև, որ "օխլոսը" կգտնի նոր չտես "փրկիչի"։
