Գերմանացի բժիշկների նոր բացահայտումը՝ COVID-19-ի մասին

Գերմանացի մի խումբ բժիշկներ հանգել են այն եզրակացության, որ կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդացած մարդիկ ժամանակի ընթացքում կորցնում են հակամարմինների մի մասը, ինչի պատճառով կրկին վարակվելու հավանականություն է առաջանում: Ինչպես նախազգուշացնում են բժիշկները, կրկնակի COVID-19-ը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել։ Առաջին անգամ վարակվելուց հետո հնարավոր է սթրեսի և հիվանդությունների առաջացում, որոնք կվնասեն դիմադրողականությանը: Բացի այդ, առաջին բուժման ընթացքում օգտագործված դեղորայքը կարող է հետագայում չազդել։ Հունվարին կատարված հետազոտության արդյունքում, պարզվել է, որ մարդկանց օրգանիզմում մնում են չափազանց քիչ հակամարմիններ։ «Ինը հիվանդներից չորսի մոտ մենք նկատել ենք չեզոքացնող հակամարմինների թվի կրճատում»,- նշել է գլխավոր բժիշկ Շվաբինգ Քլեմենս Վենդտները: Ավելի վաղ նման եզրահանգման եկել են նաև չինացի գիտնականները։ Նրանց հաջողվել է պարզել, որ հակամարմինների թվի ամենամեծ կրճատումը նկատվում է առանց ախտանշանների հիվանդացածների մոտ: Ընդ որում, ինչպես նախազգուշացնում են բժիշկները, կորոնավիրուսով կրկնակի վարակումը կարող է ավելի ծանր լինել, քան առաջինը: «Մի պահ հակաբիոտիկները կարող են անարդյունավետ դառնալ։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով բժիշկները խորհուրդ չեն տալիս ինքնուրույն խմել հակաբակտերիալ դեղամիջոցներ։ Եթե չպահպանենք դեղաչափերի ճիշտ չափաբաժինը, բուժման արդյունավետությունը կնվազի»,- բացատրել է բժիշկը։ Բժիշկ-անեսթեզիոլոգ Նատալյա Ախտյամովան իր հերթին նշել է, որ կանխագուշակել, թե վիրուսի բուժման ո՞ր մեթոդն է արդյունավետ, դեռևս հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ COVID-19-ը լավ ուսումնասիրված չէ: Բժշկի խոսքով՝ վիրուսը կարող է ամեն տարի փոփոխվել և պատվաստանյութն արդյունավետ կարող է լինել ոչ բոլորի համար: Ինչպես ընդգծել է բժշկական գիտությունների թեկնածու, «ՌԺԴ Բժշկություն» կլինիկայի բժիշկ-թերապևտ Սերգեյ Չերեմուշկինը, ներկայումս բացակայում է «վատ ուսումնասիրված պատվաստանյութի» պարտադիր և համատարած կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունը: Որպեսզի մարդիկ, իրոք, սկսեն ակտիվորեն օգտագործել, այն պետք է անցնի երկարատև դիտարկումների և կլինիկական փորձարկումների փուլերը, որոնք ցույց կտան դրա արդյունավետությունը: «Հիմնական գործոնը, որը թույլ կտա պատասխանել պատվաստումների անվտանգության և արդյունավետության մասին հարցերին, կլինի կլինիկական հետազոտությունների թափանցիկությունն ու որակը»,- ասել է բժիշկը։ Լոնդոնի Թագավորական քոլեջի մասնագետները նշել են, որ հակամարմինները բավականաչափ երկար չեն պաշտպանում մարդուն։ Այնուամենայնիվ, նրանք հույս ունեն, որ կհաջողվի ստեղծել պատվաստանյութ, որի արդյունավետությունն ավելի բարձր կլինի, քան հիվանդությունից հետո ձևավորված իմունիտետը:
