Պարետը նոր որոշում է ընդունել

ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը նոր որոշում է ստորագրել, որով փոփոխություն է կատարել խանութ սրահների, մարզասրահների և լողավազանների վերաբերյալ նախկինում ստորագրված որոշումներում:

Պարետի ստորագրած նոր որոշմամբ՝ ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվել նախկինում ընդունված N63 որոշման ենթակետը, որը սահմանում էր՝ «Յուրաքանչյուր օր ժամը 10։00-12։00-ը սպասարկվում են միայն կենսաթոշակային տարիքի անձինք՝ միաժամանակ ապահովելով վերջիններիս սպասարկումից առաջ խանութի սրահի ախտահանումը» այլևս պարտադիր պահանջ չէ: Համաձայն փոփոխության՝ N63 որոշմանն ավելացվել է 10-րդ ենթակետ՝ հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ․ «Յուրաքանչյուր հաճախորդի սպասարկելուց առաջ վերջինիս ներկայությամբ իրականացվում է սեղանի մակերեսի ախտահանում»:

Մարզասրահներին և լողավազաններին վերաբերող հատվածում ավելացվել են համապատասխանաբար 7-րդ և 8-րդ ենթակետերը, որոնք սահմանում են, որ յուրաքանչյուր մարզասարքի կողքին, տեսանելի վայրում անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ալկոհոլային հիմքով ախտահանիչներով տարաների առկայություն, իսկ լողավազանի շուրջ նստարանները տեղադրվում են միմյանցից առնվազն մեկուկես մետր հեռավորության վրա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մարզասրահներում և լողավազաններում առկա լոգախցիկներին և հանդերձարաններին, ապա նոր որոշմամբ՝ յուրաքանչյուր այցելուից հետո լոգախցիկը, հանդերձարանի պահարանը, նստարաններն ախտահանվում են 70-90% սպիրտով կամ քլորի հիմքով ախտահանիչ միջոցով՝ համաձայն ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի N 977-Ա հրամանի պահանջների՝ գրանցում կատարելով գրանցամատյանում։ Համաձայն ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանի՝ օգտագործվող ախտահանիչ միջոցները պետք է ունենան առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված մեթոդական հրահանգ:
