Ինչ է որոշվել. Մանրամասներ՝ երեկ կայացած դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովից

Հուլիսի 31-ին տեղի ունեցավ դատավորների հերթական ընդհանուր ժողովը` ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Երվանդ Խունդկարյանի նախագահությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ԲԴԽ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունը։

Ժողովն անցկացվեց Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում՝ Պարետատան թույլտվությանբ՝ խստորեն պահպանելով Պարետի կողմից սահմանած հակահամաճարակային նորմերն ու կանոնները:

Ժողովի նիստի օրակարգում էր մի շարք ընտրությունների անցկացումը, մասնավորապես՝ «Դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 74-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ և 5-րդ մասերի և 77-րդ հոդվածի դրույթների համաձայն, Դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովը պետք է ընտրեր Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր անդամի թեկնածու, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի դատավոր անդամ, ձևավորեր Էթիկայի և կարգապահական հարցերի, Դատավորների գործունեության գնահատման և Ուսումնական հարցերի հանձնաժողովները:

Թեկնածուների ամփոփիչ ելույթներից և հարցուպատասխաններից հետո, դատավորներն իրականացրեցին քվեարկություն, որի արդյունքների ամփոփմամբ արձանագրվեց՝

Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր անդամի թեկնածու է ընտրվել ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Երվանդ Խունդկարյանը՝ 145 ձայնով:

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամ է ընտրվել ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական և վարչական պալատի դատավոր Ստեփան Միքայելյանը՝ 97 ձայնով:

Ընտրության արդյունքներով Էթիկայի և կարգապահական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի անդամներ են ընտրվել

դատավոր չհանդիսացող անդամներ՝

Սյուզաննա Սողոմոնյան ՝ 4 տարով,

Դավիթ Հակոբյան՝ 3 տարով,

դատավոր հանդիսացող անդամներ՝

1) Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավոր Ելիզավետա Դանիելյան,

2) Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավոր Սերգեյ Մարաբյան,

3) Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավորներ

Արման Հովհանիսյան, Հովիկ Շահնազարյան, Մերի Համբարձումյան, Լիլիթ Կատվալյան:

Դատավորների գործունեության գնահատման հանձնաժողովի անդամներ են ընտրվել՝

դատավոր հանդիսացող անդամներ՝

1) Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավոր Մամիկոն Դրմեյան,
