Ինչպես են աշխատում ԱԺ պատգամավորները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.


«Փաստն» այսօրվա համարում կանդրադառնա «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանի, հանրապետական Աշոտ Արսենյանի, ԲՀԿ–ական Գուրգեն Արսենյանի և դաշնակցական Արմեն Բաբայանի պատգամավորական գործունեությանը:

Նշվածներից միայն Աշոտ Արսենյանն է, ով այս չորս տարիների ընթացքում ո՛չ ելույթ է ունեցել, ո՛չ հարցեր հնչեցրել և ո՛չ էլ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես եկել: Արսենյանը կողմ է քվեարկել 760, դեմ՝ 9 անգամ: Բացակայել է 46 անգամ: Դրամական միջոցներն էլ բավականին մեծ թափով ավելացել են՝ 143 միլիոն 582 հազարից դառնալով 2 միլիարդ 35 միլիոն դրամ:
Ըստ www.parliamentmonitoring.am կայքի՝ Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը պատգամավորական մանդատը ստանձնելուց հետո կողմ է քվեարկել 365, դեմ 259 և ձեռնպահ՝ 184 անգամ: Վերջինս բացակայել է 63 օր, հարցեր տվել 28 և ելույթ ունեցել 21 անգամ: Նշենք, որ նա կողմ է քվեարկել նաև «1000 դրամների» օրինագծին, մի քանի տարի առաջ էլ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հեղինակած՝ ԼՂՀ–ն ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ օրինագծին քվեարկելուց ձեռնպահ է մնացել: Թվով 10 օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների համահեղինակ է: Նրա դրամական միջոցները վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում անկում են ապրել և ըստ 2015թ. տվյալների 6 միլիոն 53 հազար դրամից դարձել 0:
Դաշնակցական Արմեն Բաբայանը իր պատգամավորության ընթացքում դրական է քվեարկել 256, բացասական՝ 47 և ձեռնպահ՝ 185 անգամ: Նշենք, որ բավական շատ անգամ է բացակայել՝ 389, 1 անգամ էլ ՝ հարց հնչեցրել: Մեծաթիվ բացակայությունների հետ միասին 44–ամյա պատգամավորը ունի մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալական, հանրային, կրթական և հարկային ոլորտների վերաբերյալ: Եթե Բաբայանի դրամական միջոցները 2012 թ. եղել են 94 միլիոն 228 հազար դրամ, ապա 2015 թ. տվյալներով դրանք աճել են՝ դառնալով 160 միլիոն 75 հազար դրամ:
ԲՀԿ–ական Գուրգեն Արսենյանը կողմ է քվեարկել 226 անգամ, դեմ՝ 62 և ձեռնպահ՝ 104 անգամ: Վերջինս նույնպես մեծ թվով բացակայություններ ունի՝ 461: Սակայն դրա հետ միասին հասցրել է 20 հարց տալ, 25 անգամ ելույթ ունենալ: Իսկ միակ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, որի համահեղինակն է նա, Ցեղասպանության դատապարտման վերաբերյալ է: Ի տարբերություն Բաբայանի՝ Արսենյանի դրամական միջոցները վերջին մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում նվազել են՝ 2 միլիարդ 833 միլիոն 764 հազար դրամից դառնալով 690 միլիոն 740 հազար դրամ:
