Լիճք գյուղի տարեց բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով. ՔԿ

2020թ. հուլիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 07:40-ին, Լիճք գյուղի բնակչուհուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ համագյուղացին կրակել է իր ամուսնու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն։

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Լիճք գյուղի 83-ամյա բնակիչը, 61-ամյա համագյուղացու հետ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ ունեցած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով, վերջինիս կյանքից ապօրինի զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ին` ժամը 07:30-ի սահմաններում, իր մոտ ապօրինի պահված 12մմ տրամաչափի երկփողանի «ԻԺ-58» տեսակի որսորդական հրացանից կրակոցներ է արձակել նրա ուղղությամբ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցանքն ավարտին չի հասցրել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մարտունու քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանության փորձ) 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 61-ամյա տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Լիճք գյուղի 83-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ՝ հարցաքննություններ, առգրավվել են միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները, վերցվել են կրակոցի արգասիքի նմուշներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
