Վարչապետը կարգին տղա ա, ինքը կարա հարցը լուծի. խաղողագործները պահանջում են իրենց փողերը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արարատի մարզի Քաղցրաշեն համայնքի խաղողագործները երեկ ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի առաջ անց էին կացնում հերթական բողոքի ակցիան: Հավաքվածների պահանջը նույնն էր, նրանք վերամշակող «Վինար» ընկերությունից պահանջում էին անցած տարի մթերած խաղողի պարտքի ամբողջական վերադարձը:
Հանրության պահանջն անարձագանք չթողնելու համար, հավաքվածների հետ զրուցելու և հարցերին պատասխանելու էր եկել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, ում համայնքաբնակները դիմեցին հետևյալ կերպ. «Մակարյան ջան, ցավդ տանեմ, էսօր եթե իմ էրեխեն ուսման վարձը չի տվել ես ի՞նչ անեմ: Հարցը լուծելու համար դիմում ենք ձեզ, որովհետև վարչապետը կարգին տղա ա ինքը, կարա հարցը լուծի: Մենք ուզում ենք հանդիպել վարչապետի հետ: Հունվարի 1–ից ասում են էսօր–վաղը, ո՞վ ա տեսել սենց բան: Պարոն Մակարյան, Ավոին զաստավիտ արեք թող իր մեքենան ծախի՝ լեքսուսը, ու մեր պարտքերը տա»:
Թեժ զրույցի ժամանակ Ռ. Մակարյանը խոստացավ գումարների վերադարձ մինչև Ամանոր. «Ես չեմ ուզում խոստում տալ ավելի վաղ ժամանակահատվածի համար, հարցը մինչև Ամանոր կլուծվի: «Պռոշյանի» գործարանը դիմել է վարկ ստանալու համար: Ընկերությունը վարկ կստանա, սպիրտը, որը հիմա ուղարկված է փորձաքննության, կառնի Ավոյից ու Ավոն էլ կբերի ու ձեր գումարները կբաժանի»,– ասաց նա՝ վստահեցնելով, որ սա հարցի լուծման ամենաիրատեսական ու հնարավոր տարբերակն է: Մեր այն հարցին, եթե այնուամենայնիվ վարկ չտրամադրվի, կան արդյոք այլ թեկնածուներ, ովքեր պատրաստ են խնդրի ողջ բեռը վերցնել իրենց վրա, միևնույն ժամանակ օգնել գյուղաբնակներին ու շահավետ գործարք կնքել, Մակարյանը պատասխանեց, որ կան նման անձինք, ովքեր շահագրգռված են սպիրտը գնելով:
Նկատենք, որ խաղողագործները թերահավատորեն մոտեցան փոխնախարարի խոստմանը ասելով. «Եթե հարցը լուծվի, մենք քեզ կասենք պատվավոր գյուղացի, բայց գիտենք, որ չի լինի»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ անցած տարվա պարտքերը վճարվել են մասամբ, երբ խաղողագործները հանդիպել են նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ, ով էլ խոստում է տվել ու կատարել այն:
