Կախված եղանակից այս տարի Սեւանի ծաղկման պրոցեսը ուշ սկսվեց, շուտ էլ վերջանալու է. Գայանե Շահնազարյան

Ի ուրախություն մեզ, այսօր փոքր Սեւանում մենք չունենք կանաչած հատված, մեծ Սեւանում էլ շատը քիչ հատվածներ են կանաչած, հուսանք ինքն իրեն հետ կգնա: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Վահե Ջիլավյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, կառավարությունից շատ խիստ հանձնարարականներ են տրված՝ ձեռնարկել բոլոր միջոցները, ներկայացնել ծրագրեր, թե ինչ պետք է անել, որ հաջորդ տարի կամ կանաչած հատված չունենանք, կամ շատ քիչ լինի:

«Դա մասնավորապես վերաբերվում է արդեն ջրի տակ մնացած անտառապատ տարածքների մաքրմանը, նաեւ դեպի Սեւան հոսող կեղտաջրերի մաքրման մեխանիզմներ ներդնելու մասով: 2019-ին Վարդենիսի հատվածում մաքրվել է շուրջ 100 հա անտառապատ տարածք: Այս տարի շարունակվում է նույն տարածքում: Այս պահին արդեն իսկ 50 հա տարածք մաքրված կա»,-ասաց նա:

Իր հերթին ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Շրջակա միջավայրի մոնիթորինգի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի տեղակալ Գայանե Շահնազարյանը նշեց. «Սեւանի ծաղկման պրոցեսները, որ նախորդ տարիներին սկսվում էր հունիսից, այս տարի սկսվել է հուլիսի 15-ից: Կախված եղանակից ծաղկման պրոցեսը ուշ սկսվեց, շուտ էլ վերջանալու է: Սեւանում ունենք վատ էկոլոգիական վիճակ, թթվածինը ցածր է, սնուցող նյութերի քանակը բավարար է, որպեսզի շարունակական ծաղկման պրոցեսներ լինեն: Թափանցիկությունը մինչեւ 4 մետր է: Այս բոլոր բնութագրիչները խոսում են այն մասին, որ լճում ունենք կենսածին նյւթերի բավարար քանակություն: Սա նշանակում է, որ լճի վիճակը շատ վատ չի, բայց լավ էլ չի»:

Նշվեց նաեւ, որ օրակարգում է ափամերձ շենք-շինությունների ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքները, ափամերձ անտառապատ տարածքների մաքրման աշխատանքները, նաեւ դեպի լիճ հոսող կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանների ստեղծումն է: Մասնավորապես այդ նպատակներով ԵՄ-ից ակնկալվում է ստանալ 5 մլն եվրոյի դրամաշնորհ:

Այդ 5 մլն եվրոյի շրջանակներում առաջանայինը մաքրման կայանների տեղադրումն է եւ բնակավայրերից հոսքաջրերի մաքրման գործընթացը: 

«Դրամաշնորհի շրջանակներում քննարկվում է կոնկրետ երեք ծրագիր: Դրանցից մեկը համայնքներից հոսող կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանի հնարավորինս կառուցումն է: Երկրորդը թափոնների ռեկուլտիվացիային միտված ծրագիրն է, եւ երրորդը գետերի մաքրումը կենցաղային թափոններից»,-ասաց նա:
