Հայաստանը չի սպասում Ռուսաստանի միջամտությանը. Փաշինյան

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը РБК–ին ասել է, որ Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտության հարցում Ռուսաստանի միջամտությանը չի սպասում։

Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի հետ լայնամասշտաբ հակամարտության հնարավորության և ռուսական բանակի օգնությանը դիմելու հարցին՝ Փաշինյանն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ ռուսական զինուժն արդեն ներկա է երկրում։

«Բայց ոչ ոք հույս չունի, որ Ռուսաստանը կդառնա հակամարտության մասնակից, քանի որ Մոսկվան ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահն է, նա միջնորդ է։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը կառուցողական դեր է ունեցել (հրադադարի հասնելու հարցում – խմբ.) և պետք է գործի որպես միջնորդ՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի հետ միասին», – նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով` ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ն հավանաբար միակ ձևաչափն է, որտեղ ԱՄՆ-ն և Ռուսաստանը բավականին կառուցողական են համագործակցում: Տարածաշրջանում երկու երկրների շահերը որոշ դեպքերում համընկնում են։ Առաջին հերթին դա վերաբերում է կայունությանը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀԱՊԿ-ին, ապա կազմակերպության անդամ երկրները հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշում ունեն։ Ընդ որում` Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ին չի դիմել օգնության համար։

«Սա շատ կարևոր փաստ է։ Մենք ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամակցությունն օգտագործել ենք, որպեսզի կազմակերպության մշտական խորհրդին տեղեկացնենք ընթացիկ իրավիճակի մասին։ Եթե Հայաստանը օգնության համար դիմեր, իսկ նրանք նման դիրքորոշում ունենային, կարելի էր դա քննարկել», – նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Այս իրավիճակում ՀԱՊԿ երկրները հանդես են եկել իրավիճակի կայունացմանն ուղղված հայտարարություններով։ Եվ դա, ըստ վարչապետի, նորմալ է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 12–ից իրավիճակը սրվել է հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանի Տավուշի հատվածում։ Հուլիսի 12–ին` ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայողները ՈւԱԶ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Տավուշի ուղղությամբ ՀՀ պետական սահմանը խախտելու փորձեր են արել: Հայկական կողմի նախազգուշացումից հետո Ադրբեջանի զինծառայողները, թողնելով ավտոմեքենան, վերադարձել են իրենց դիրքեր:

Դրանից հետո հակառակորդը պարբերաբար վերսկսում է գնդակոծությունն ինչպես հայ դիրքապահների, այնպես էլ բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ։

Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ Ադրբեջանն ունի 13 զոհ, վիրավորների մասին որևէ բան չի հաղորդվում, իսկ հայկական կողմը 5 զոհ ունի, 36 վիրավոր (ևս մեկը խաղաղ բնակչությունից:
