Հայաստանը պատրաստ է վաղվա պատերազմին. առաջին հաղթանակը

2016-ի ապրիլյան քառօրյայից հետո Հայաստանի ռազմա-քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը, մասնավորապես ավելի ուշ պաշտպանության նախարար նշանակված Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շրջանառության մեջ դրեց կարեւոր մի բանաձեւ՝ պատրաստվել վաղվա պատերազմին: Դրա էությունն այն էր, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհի արագ փոփոխությունների միջավայրում, երբ տեխնոլոգիական հեղափոխությունը կրում է անընդհատ բնույթ, այդ թվում ռազմարդյունաբերության բնագավառում, պաշտպանունակության հուսալի մակարդակը պահանջում է պատրաստ լինել ոչ թե այսօրվա, այլ վաղվա մարտահրավերներին, լինել մի քանի քայլ կամ առնվազն մեկ քայլ առաջ, ապահովել գոնե փոփոխությունների համարժեք դինամիկա:

Դա նաեւ ինչ-որ առումով խոստովանություն էր քառօրյայի դասից, որ մինչ այդ Հայաստանը պատրաստվում էր «օրվա պատերազմին», ինչը բավարար չէր հակառակորդին անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվությամբ համարժեք պատասխան տալու համար, թեեւ անգամ այդ պայմաններում հայկական բանակն իհարկե լուծեց գլխավոր խնդիրը՝ ապահովեց հարձակում սկսած Բաքվի ռազմա-քաղաքական ձախողում:

Այդ իմաստով, Տավուշում տեղի ունեցած ռազմագործողությունը, ադրբեջանական հերթական սադրանքին Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի հասցրած ասիմետիկ հարվածը իր թե ռազմավարական բովանդակությամբ, թե ռազմա-տեխնիկական բնույթով վկայեց, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է այլեւս «վաղվա պատերազմին», ըստ այդմ խնդիրն այդ դինամիկան պահելն ու առավել արագացնելու նախադրյալներ ձեւավորելն է:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, հայկական արդիականացում անցած հակաօդային պաշտպանության զենիթային համակարգերը արձանագրել են անօդաչուների դեմ պայքարի բարձր արդյունավետություն: Միեւնույն ժամանակ, բարձր արդյունավետությամբ կիրառվել են հայկական արտադրության հարվածային անօդաչուները:

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, առանձնահատուկ է խնդրի ոչ միայն ռազմա-տեխնիկական, տեխնոլոգիական, ինչպես նաեւ մարտական գործողությունների մշակման ու իրագործման բարձր մակարդակը, ինչը թերեւս թույլ է տվել լուծել գերռազմավարական խնդիր մարդուժի շատ քիչ կորստով: Թեեւ, անկասկած հայակական զինուժի ցանկացած, գեթ մեկ զինծառայողի կյանքը գերագույն արժեք է:

Առանցքային է նաեւ այն, որ ադրբեջանական սադրանքին ի պատասխան, հայկական զինուժը գործել է ռազմավարական ասիմետրիայի տրամաբանությամբ, սադրանքը օգտագործելով ոչ միայն իբրեւ լոկ պատժելու առիթ, այլ ռազմավարական գերակայության հասնելու, հենց «վաղվա պատերազմի» տրամաբանության շրջանակում: Այդ իմաստով, Հայաստանն արձանագրել է «վաղվա պատերազմի» առաջին հաղթանակը, որն անշուշտ պետք է լինի ոչ թե հանգստացնող եւ թմրեցնող, այլ պարտավորեցնող՝ հակառակորդին հետագայում էլ որեւէ «ռեւանշի» հնարավորություն թույլ չտալու տեսանկյունից: Հայաստանի համար խաղաղության գրավականը լինելու է հենց «վաղվա պատերազմին» միշտ պատրաստ գտնվելը:
