1992 թ. ԻՆՉՊԵՍ ԵՂԵԼ Է. Պոռնկությամբ զբաղվող կինը սովամահ է արել մեկամյա որդուն, մարմինը պահել պահարանում

Ներկայացվող դեպքը ժամանակին ցնցել է բոլորին: Գործը քննած իրավապահները, ինչպես նաև դատարանի կազմն ու այս գործին առնչված մյուս բոլոր անձինք իրական այս դեպքը մոռանալ չէին կարողանում…

Անիի շրջանի Անիպեմզա ավանի բնակիչներ Արմանուշն ու Աշոտը համակրել էին իրար, ամուսնացել: Երկու որդի էին ունեցել: Թվում էր՝ երջանիկ լինելու համար ամեն բան ունեին…

Սակայն շուտով Աշոտը նկատել է, որ կինը՝ Արմանուշը, հաճախ անհայտ պատճառներով բացակայում է տանից, երեխաներին լավ չի խնամում, ցրված է, անուշադիր: Հետո Արմանուշը սկսել է գիշերներն էլ բացակայել, ամուսնուն բացատրություններ տվել է հեգնանքով, արհամարհանքով, չի թաքցրել, որ դավաճանում է նրան…

Աշոտը, համոզվելով, որ կինը կապեր ունի ուրիշ տղամարդկանց հետ, դավաճանում է իրեն, դիմել է ժողդատարան: Նա ու Արմանուշն ամուսնալուծվել են: Աշոտը երեխաներին թողել է Արմանուշի մոտ: Բայց մայրական սիրտը չի տաքացել: Արմանուշը փողոցային կյանքն ու մարմնական «հաճույքները» գերադասել է երեխաներից…

Արմանուշը, ապրելով իր հարազատ մոր հետ, սկսել է նրան կոպտել, նույնիսկ՝ ծեծել՝ պարտադրելով երեխաներին պահել և իրեն ազատություն տալ՝ օրերով ու շաբաթներով տնից բացակայելու համար:

1992 թվականի ամռանը Արմանուշը 2 տարեկան որդուն թողել է տատիկի խնամքին, ինքը վերցրել է կրտսեր երեխային, ով 1 տարին նոր պիտի բոլորեր, ու բնակություն է հաստատել Բաղրամյանի շրջանի Լեռնագոգ ավանում՝ բանվորական հանրակացարանի սենյակում:

Արմանուշը ավելի անսանձ կյանքի է տրվել՝ բոլորովին ուշադրություն չդարձնելով փոքրիկ Գվիդոնի վրա՝ մոռանալով կերակրել երեխային, փոխել նրա շորերը:

«Մայր» անունը կրող արարածը մեկ տարին երեխային հաճախ տանը թողել է մենակ՝ առանց կերակրելու: Մի անգամ էլ նա բացակայել է մի քանի օր, իսկ երբ իր սենյակ է վերադարձել, տեսել է, որ երեխան… մահացել է քաղցից ու ծարավից…

Ի՞նչ է արել Արմանուշը՝ կանգնելով մանկիկի անշնչացած մարմնի հանդիման: Նա մտածել է միայն իր փրկության ու ազատության մասին:

Եվ, ըստ գործի տվյալների, Արմանուշը մասնատել է երեխայի մարմինը, փաթաթել է տարբեր շորակտորներով ու պահել է սենյակում դրված զգեստապահարանի մեջ…

Մտածել է՝ առանձին-առանձին դուրս կբերի, այսուայնտեղ կգցի-կկորցնի, հետքերը չեն գտնի…

Երեխայի բացակայության մասին հիշել ու ահազանգել են հարազատները և Արմանուշին ճանաչողները:

Երբ իրավապահները նրա սենյակ են մտել ու բացել են պահարանը, ծանր հոտը արդեն հուշել է, թե ինչ են գտնելու: Բայց այն, ինչ գտել են, անսպասելի է եղել բոլորի համար…

Պատասխանատվությունից ու պատժից խուսափելու վերջին ճիգով Արմանուշը հայտարարել է, թե երեխայի մարմինը մասնատել ու կերել են… առնետները…

Սակայն փաստերի ճնշման տակ 23-ամյա կինը խոստովանել է, որ երեխային չէր կերակրում՝ նրանից ազատվելու, լիովին ազատ լինելու համար, երեխան «կապում էր իր ոտքերը»…

1993 թվականին ՀՀ գերագույն դատարանի քրեական գործերով դատական կոլեգիան Բաղրամյանի շրջանի Լեռնագոգ ավանի բնակչուհի, 1970 թվականին ծնված Արմանուշ Գ.-ին մեղավոր է ճանաչել առանձին դաժանությամբ կատարած սպանության համար՝ այն ժամանակվա քրեական օրենսգրքի 99 հոդվածի 6-րդ կետով:

Արմանուշ Գ.-ն դատապարտվել է 10 տարի ազատազրկման…
