Հնարավոր չէ բոլորին ներգրավվել շինարարական աշխատանքներում, շատ անգամ չեն էլ ցանկանում կատարել այդ աշխատանքը. Սոֆիա Հովսեփյանը՝արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնելու հնարավորությունից զրկվածների մասին

Համավարակի պատճառով Շիրակի մարզում բնակիչները չեն կարողանում գնալ արտագնա աշխատանքի, սակայն շատերը օգտվել են մարզերի համար նախատեսված ծրագրերից: Այս պահին տարբեր մարզերում իրականացվող դպրոցաշինության և ճանապարհաշինության մեջ ընդգրկված են տարբեր մարզերի բնակիչներ.Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Իմ քայլ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Շիրակի մարզպետի նախկին տեղակալ Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը:

Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ այս պահին Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչները գրանցվում են, որպեսզի ներգրավվեն դպրոցաշինության հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներում: Այն մարդիկ, որոնք չեն կարողանում գնալ արտագնա աշխատանքի հիմա սկսել են գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել.

«Իրականում հնարավոր չէ բոլորին ներգրավվել շինարարական աշխատանքներում, քանի որ շատ անգամ չեն ցանկանում կատարել այդ աշխատանքը՝ այլ բան են ակնկալում: Շատերը ասում են, որ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեն և չեն ցանկանում աշխատել, սակայն ես կարծում եմ, որ ոմանք դա շահարկում են, որպեսզի  իրենց աջակցություն ցուցաբերվի և ցանկություն չունեն աշխատելու: Ինձանից խնդրում են  աշխատանք, ասում եմ, որ այս տեղերում կա աշխատանք, դիմեք, ասում են՝ չեմ կարող ծանր աշխատանք անել, բայց իր աշխատանքային թերթիկում գրված էր, որ արտագնա աշխատող է: Հիմնականում առաջարկվում է այն աշխատանքները, որը նրանք կատարել են արտագնա աշխատանքի ժամանակ՝ բանվորություն, արհեստավորություն, շինարարական մի շարք աշխատանքներ»:

Սոֆիա Հովսեփյանը նշում է, որ մի քանի օղակներ հնարավոր է դուրս մնան ծրագրերից, բայց մի մասը ներգրավված են աշխատանքներում. «Հիմա Գյումրիում 17 փողոցների շինարարկական աշխատանքն է, որը խթան է նոր աշխատատեղերի համար,Արթիկ քաղաքում ևս ճանապարհաշինություն է ընթանում և բոլոր աշխատանքներում ներգրավված են նաև Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչները: Ծառատունկի ժամանակ, բավականին մարդիկ ներգրավված  են եղել ծառատունկին, որը սեպտեմբերից շարունակվելու է, պարզապես պետք է  աչալրջություն, որ գրանցվեն ու մասնակցեն»:

Սոֆիա Հովսեփյանը նշում է, որ վիրուսով պայմանավորված ամբողջ երկրում է խնդիրներ առաջացել և մարզերն էլ չեն կարող անմասն մնալ.

«Կան տնտեսվարողներ, որոնք  չեն կարող աշխատել, ինչպես նաև կան հիմնարկներ, որտեղ աշխատողների մեծ մասը հիվանդացել են: Շիրակի տեքստիլի աշխատանքը փակվեց, քանի որ աշխատողների մեծ մասը վարակվեցին, ինչը խնդիր է և աշխատողների և տնտեսվարողի համար: Շատերը օգտվեցին Կառավարության մեկ անգամյա ծրագրերից և  կարծում եմ ծրագրերը շարունակական կլինեն»,-ընդգծեց նա:
