Համակարգը նրան սարքեց կռապաշտ՝ բութ ու անդեմ, միլիցիա-պեպելնիցա․ Հին ընկերը զգուշացնում էր

Արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, որ Ոստիկանապետի հանձնարարությամբ՝ իր երկու տեղակալի վերաբերյալ ծառայողական քննություն է նշանակվել․ խոսքը վերաբերում է Հայկ Մհրյանին և Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանին, ովքեր ի դեպ, ոստիկանության նախկին պետ Արման Սարգսյանի համակուրսեցիներն էին և հենց նա էլ նշանակել էր նրանց այդ պաշտոններում: Մամուլում լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ թեման  վերաբերում է նաև նախկին ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանին, ով ծառայողական քննության շրջանակներում հրավիրվելու  է ոստիկանություն:

Այս լուրի համատեքստում ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերից շատերն են հիշել լրագրող Գոհար Վեզիրյանի գրառումը նախկին ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանի մասին․ Հիշեցնենք, որ գրառումը լրագրողն արել էր այն ժամանակ, երբ Արման Սարգսյանը դեռ ոստիկանապետի ժամականավոր պաշտոնակատար էր։ Այդ օրերին էր, որ  տեղի ունեցավ ոստիկանների անհասկանալի գործողությունները Արամ Վարդանյանի տանը, ինչը չէր տեղավորվում որևէ տրամաբանության մեջ ու ոչ մի աղերս չուներ նոր Հայաստանի իրականության հետ:

Գոհար Վեզիրյանի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․ 

Միլիցա-պեպելնիցա. ասել էր դասականը (Վովա Գասպարյանը): Համակարգ կար, համակարգը ճանաչողներ կային` ներսից)))): Ժողովրդավարական ու իրավական պետություններում ոստիկան լինելը մեծ պատիվ է, իսկ Հայաստանում՝ դեռ հայհոյանք: Վերջին օրերի վիդեոներն եմ նայում հայտնի հարձակումից. Animal Planetin կարող ա լրջորեն հետաքրքրեն էդ կադրերը:

Արմանին ճանաչում եմ 2003 թ.: Կներեք՝ ճանաչում էի: Համակարգը նրան էլ սարքեց կռապաշտ՝ բութ ու անդեմ: Երբեմնի օրինավոր ոստիկանից, ընկերոջից, ընտանիքի հորից ու էլի լիքը ից-երից սարքեցին վարժեցված կապիկ: Էս մարդը շոումեն չէր, խարիզմա էլ չուներ թավիշը իդենտիֆիկացնելու, օպերատիվնիկ էլ չէր, մենթական կոռուպցիայից էլ հեռու էր: Ռեսուրս էլ չուներ կապիկ դառնալու, բայց դարձավ: Քոչարյան Անդոն մոգական ուժ ունի մարդուն հիմնահատակ փչացնելու, խեղելու բարոյական ճանապարհից: Մի ժամանակ կանանց շրջապատով էր բավարարվում, հիմա անցել է տղամարդկանց փչացնելու գործին:

Արման ջան, Քոչարյան Անդոն, որ ասել ա՝ դուխով, բռնեք սամասուդ արեք, տեր եմ, չի կարողանալու տեր լինել: Որովհետեւ հանրային ընկալումը բյուրեղյա է, ջարդվեց-փշուր-փշուր եղավ անդոները չեն կարողանալու ոչինչ անել ու քեզ օգնել:

Մեկ էլ մոտիկ ընկերոջդ՝ Արայիկին, որին էսօր ՆԱՎ-ի պետ ես նշանակել, հուշի, որ հատուկ օպերացիային մասնակցած գող գործընկերներիդ, մեկ էլ, ուրիշի տան մեջ անչափահաս երեխայի ներկայությամբ սիգարետ քաշող համբալին (բարձրաստիճան ոստիկան ա) մի հատ քննի:

Ուզում եմ, որ քեզ անպայման նշանակեն ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ, որովհետեւ քո հետ երկար ճանապարհ ունեմ անցնելու: Պակա ընգեր ջան:
