Վարչապետը չբացառեց, որ արտակարգ դրությունը կերկարաձգվի ևս մեկ ամսով

Հայաստանում համաճարակային իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ ծանր, պարետատան նիստին հաջորդած ճեպազրույցում ահազանգեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. - «Շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին շուրջ հազար նոր դեպք ենք ունեցել, և առողջապահական համակարգը շարունակում է աշխատել ծանրաբեռնվածության ռեժիմում»:

Եթե առողջապահական համակարգն ի վիճակի չլինի այսպիսի ծայրահեղ լարվածության պայմաններում սպասարկել քաղաքացիներին, կվերադառնանք խիստ սահմանափակումներին, հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ընդգծելով` համավարակի դեմ պայքարը արդյունք չի ունենա, եթե քաղաքացիները խստորեն չպահպանեն անվտանգության կանոնները. - «Իմ հույսն այն է, որ մենք այնուամենայնիվ կգիտակցենք իրավիճակի լրջությունը, և մեր անհատական վարքագծի փոփոխությունը կլինի այն գործիքը, որով մենք կհաղթահարենք այս համաճարակը»:

Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածության ցուցանիշը մոտենում է 30 հազարին։ Նախորդ օրը հիվանդությունից 7 մարդ մահացել է։ Թեստերի 30 տոկոսը դրական է, անկում չկա։ Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի տվյալներով՝ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքների մահճակալները զբաղված են, էական տեղաշարժ չկա. - «Հագեցվածությունը, զբաղվածությունը այս մահճակալային ֆոնդի կրկին մնում է բարձր, հատկապես բարձր է մնում վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքների զբաղվածությունը: Ես հիմա տոկոս չեմ ուզում հայտնել, որովհետև միշտ նշում եմ, որ եթե նույնիսկ հիմա ունենք մի քանի մահճակալ ազատ տարբեր ռեանիմացիաներում, շատ արագ կամ դուրս են գրվում պացիենտները, կամ շատ արագ դրանք զբաղեցվում են, հետևաբար այդ առումով որևէ էական տեղաշարժ չկա: Նույնը նաև թվերը ծանր և ծայրահեղ ծանր պացիենտների: Նրանք գումարային կազմում են մոտ 650 հոգի, և որոնցից 47-ը գտնվում է թոքերի արհեստական շնչառության սարքերի տակ:

Հարաբերականորեն բարվոք է իրավիճակը տանը սպասող մեր քաղաքացիների մասով, այսինքն` փաստացի ժամի 3-ի դրությամբ չունենք որևէ քաղաքացի, որն ունի հրատապ հոսպիտալիզացիայի կարիք, բայց հոսպիտալացված չէ», - ասաց նախարարը:

Վարչապետը չբացառեց, որ արտակարգ դրությունը կերկարաձգվի ևս մեկ ամսով։ Ըստ վարչապետի` համաճարակի ամենամեծ խնդիրը անորոշությունն է. - «Արտակարգ իրավիճակների մասին օրենսդրությունը կփորձենք կատարելագործել այնպես, որ կարողանանք արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի վերացման պայմաններում գործիքներ ունենալ արտակարգ իրավիճակների ռեժիմում որոշակի հակահամաճարակային քաղաքականություն վարել: Այո, մենք էլ քննարկում ենք, որ չենք կարող անընդհատ արտակարգ դրությունը երկարացնել, դա խնդիր է բոլոր առումով, բոլորիս համար խնդիր է, բայց մյուս կողմից` չենք կարող համաճարակային իրավիճակը հաշվի չառնել, այնպես որ այստեղ մենք կփորձենք գալ հնարավորինս բալանսավորված լուծումների: Մենք ասում ենք` այսօր շատ թե քիչ հարաբերականորեն կայուն է իրավիճակը, բայց ոչ մեկը չի կարող երաշխավորել, որ վաղը այդ իրավիճակը գլխիվայր կպտտվի: Մենք ամեն օր լարվածությամբ սպասում ենք գիշերվա ժամը 12-ին, տեսնենք` քանի դեպք է արձանագրվում: Ցավոք սրտի, չկա երաշխիք, հենց այդ է, որ չկա երաշխիք, որ մենք մի իքս պահի չենք ունենա օրական 800, 900, հազար դեպք»:

Վերջին մեկուկես ամսվա վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հիմնական կենտրոնները բակերն են, ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը` կրկին հորդորելով հետևել հակահամաճարակային կանոններին. - «Միջազգայնորեն ապացուցված փաստ է, և մենք այսօր կարող ենք վստահ ասել, որ դիմակների որակյալ կրումով, սոցիալական հեռավորությամբ և ձեռքերի պարբերական ախտահանումով մենք կարող ենք այս իրավիճակը հաղթահարել»:
