Ինչպես պետք է տարբերել վարակվել եք գրիպով թե կորոնավիրուսով. Պարզաբանում է վարակաբանը

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Մոլեկուլային կենսաբանության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող, վիրուսաբան Հովակիմ Զաքարյանը 168 TV-ի եթերում անդրադարձել է կորոնավիրուսի տարածման խնդրին և ՀՀ-ում դրա կանխարգելմանը:

«Վիրուսները պայմանականորեն կարելի է բաժանել երկու խմբի՝ ըստ նրա, թե ինչպիսի ժառանգական նյութ ունեն՝ ԴՆԹ կամ ՌՆԹ: Կորոնավիրուսը պատկանում է ՌՆԹ խմբին, և մինչ այս նոր կորոնավիրուսը՝ հայտնի էր կորոնավիրուսի ևս 6 տեսակ, որոնք մարդուն էին վարակում: Իսկ ընդհանրապես, կորոնավիրուսները շատ են: Նոր կորոնավիրուսն օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով տարածվող վիրուս է և իր նախանշաններով շատ նման է սուր շնչառական վիրուսներին, օրինակ՝ գրիպին»,- ասել է մասնագետը:


Նա նշել է, որ չի կարող ո՛չ բացառել, ո՛չ հաստատել, որ կորոնավիրուսը կտարածվի նաև կոյուղիների միջոցով:


Եթերի ընթացքում Զաքարյանը նշել է կորոնավիրուսի և գրիպի նմանությունները ու տարբերությունները. «Հիմնականում երկու նմանություն ունեն. առաջին՝ ինչպես նշեցի, օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով են տարածվում, երկրորդ՝ ախտանիշերը: Եթե մարդը գրիպի վիրուսով է վարակվում, հիմնական կլինիկական դրսևորումները բոլորը գիտեն՝ ջերմություն, հազ, թուլություն:

Կորոնավիրուսի դեպքում էլ են նույն նախանշաններն ի հայտ գալիս, և սա, իհարկե, լուրջ դժվարություն է առաջացնում՝ տարբերակելու համար՝ արդյոք տվյալ մարդը գրիպո՞վ է վարակված, թե՞ կորոնավիրուսով: Այսքանով նմանություները սահմանափակվում են, որովհետև սեզոնային գրիպի բոլոր վիրուսների դեպքում մահացության աստիճանը բավականին ցածր է, մոտավորապես 0.2-0.3 տոկոսը չի անցնում, եթե, իհարկե, խոսքն այն գրիպի վիրուսների մասին չէ, որոնք պատմության ընթացքում լուրջ համաճարակների պատճառ են դարձել, օրինակ՝ իսպանական գրիպը:


Կորոնավիրուսի դեպքում մահացության մակարդակը 2.5-3 տոկոսի է հասնում, որը 10 անգամ բարձր է: Հետևաբար՝ համեմատել գրիպի վիրուսի հետ և ասել՝ գրիպի վիրուսի նման է, պետք չէ մտահոգվել, այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ»:


Նրա խոսքով՝ ոչ մի կերպ քաղաքացին չի կարող տարբերակել, թե վարակված է սովարական գրիպով, թե՝ կորոնավիրուսով. «Տարբերակման միայն մեկ բավականին ճշգրիտ մեթոդ կա՝ դիագնոստիկ մեթոդը: Եթե մարդը գրիպի ախտանշաններ ունի և վերլուծելով իր անցած ճանապարհը՝ տեսնում է, որ հնարավոր պոտենցիալ վտանգներ կան, իհարկե, արժե, որ այցելի հիվանդանոց և բժիշկներին հայտնի իր մտավախությունները: Իհարկե, այդ պարագայում է հնարավոր անել դիագնոստիկա և տեսնել՝ արդյոք սա սովորական գրի՞պ է, կամ որևէ սուր շնչառական վարա՞կ է, թե՞ կորոնավիրուս է»,- ասել է նա:
