Ահա, թե ինչ եզրակացություններ է անում հայտնի փորձագետը կորոնավիրուսի սեզոնայնության և կարանտինի երկարացման մասին

Վերջերս առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը հարցազրույցում նշել էր, որ եթե նույնիսկ եղել են որոշակի սխալներ, ապա դրանք եղել են նրանից, որ վիրուսն այնքան էլ ճանաչված չէր, ուսումնասիրված չէր եւ բոլոր գործողությունների հիմքում ընկած էին ԱԿՀ-ի եւ մեր մասնագետների խորհուրդները: Այս մասին,  լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՄԻԱՎ-ՁԻԱՀ կենտրոնի փորձագետ, համաճարակաբան Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Մենք ունենք աքսիոմա, որ եթե վիրուսն ուսումնասիրված չէ, անհայտ է, ապա մենք իրեն դիտարկում ենք առավելագույն վտանգավոր, քանի դեռ ապացուցված չէ հակառակը: Բայց արդյոք իրականում այդքան ուսումնասիրված չէր: Երբ նայում ենք ԱՀԿ-ի վերլուծությունները, արդեն փետրվարին կար բավական շատ տեղեկատվություն, որ վիրուսն ունի բավական մեծ վտանգավորություն, ունի պանդեմիայի վերածվելու բնութագրեր, ունի բարձր մահաբերություն, առավել քան գրիպի վիրուսը: Նույնիսկ հստակ կար ցուցում, որ չի կարելի համեմատել գրիպի հետ, որովհետեւ ավելի բարձր է մահաբերությունը, որովհետեւ գրիպի վիրուսն ունի պատվաստանյութ եւ բուժում: Այսինքն փետրվարի կեսերին ԱՀԿ-ն տեսել էր այդ միտումը, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք փորձում են նվազեցնել վիրուսի վտանգը:

Մարտի սկզբին հնչեց միտք, որ կարանտինը արդյունավետ միջոց չէ ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդությունների դեմ պայքարում, այնինչ կարանտինը միշտ եղել է եւ կմնա արդյունավետ միջոց:

Կարանտինը պետք էր մտցնել շատ ավելի շուտ: Մենք արդեն փետրվարից ԱՀԿ-ից ունեինք տեղեկատվություն, որ իրավիճակը Իրանում եւ Իտալիայում մտահոգիչ է: Նույնիսկ ունենք հստակ հաղորդագրություն փետրվարի 28-ին ԱՀԿ-ից, որ Իտալիայից արդեն 14 երկրներ արտահանվել է վիրուսը, իսկ Իրանից՝ դեպի 11 երկիր»,-ասաց հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ նույնիսկ կարանտին հայտարարելուց հետո, այն ՀՀ-ում ոչ լիարժեք իրականացվեց. «Կարանտինը պետք է մտցվի մաքսիմալ խորը, մաքսիմալ ամբողջ ուժով: ԱՀԿ-ն փետրվարից առաջարկներն արել է, որ պետք է աշխատանք տանել բնակչության հետ: Այսինքն պետք է մշակվի հստակ ռազմավարություն բնակչության հետ հաղորդակցման, պետք է բնակչությանը տրվի լիարժեք ինֆորմացիա, որ բոլոր շերտերը պաշտպանված լինեն վիրուսից, որ չառաջանա խուճապ: Խուճապ չի լինում, երբ բնակչությունն ստանում է լիարժեք ինֆորմացիա, մատչելի եւ կիրառելի ինֆորմացիա: Արդյոք առողջապահության նախարարի կողմից տրված ինֆորմացիան եղել է լիարժեք, արդյոք եղել է պաշտպանող, սովորեցնող, վարքագիծ մշակող: Իհարկե ոչ: Խուճապը դրանից է առաջացել, որ տեսնում էին՝ ինչ է կատարվում աշխարհում, բայց չէին ստանում համապատասխան գիտելիքներ եւ տեղեկատվություն, որ կարողանան իրենց պաշտպանել»:

Նա անդրադարձավ նաեւ հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումների պլանավորմանը. «Ամբողջ փետրվարը ԱՀԿ-ն ուղղորդել է, առաջարկել է երկրներին մշակել հակահամաճարակային ռազմավարություններ, գնահատել իրենց կարողությունները, գնահատել, թե ինչ պաշարներ ունենք եւ նախապատրաստվել համաճարակին: Դա իրականացված չէր: Հաջորդը այդ ռազմավարության պլանավորումն էր նախարարի կողմից: Նա հայտարարել էր, որ այս վիրուսն ունենալու է սեզոնայնություն, այսինքն ջերմաստիճանը բարձրանա, վիրուսը նահանջելու է: Նորից դա հակասում էր մեր ունեցած տվյալներին: Պանդեմիաները չունեն սեզոնայնություն:
