Քրեական գործի հարուցման պատճառ դարձել են ոչ թե իրավական գործոնները, այլ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վախերը

Սուրեն Սուրենյանց-ը գրում է
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցի քննությունը հետաձգվեց․ բողոքների մի մասը Վերաքննիչ դատարանը չէր ստացել։
Ինձ համար ակնհայտ է, որ եթե խնդիրը մնա իրավական հարթության վրա, Ծառուկյանը չի կալանավորվելու։ Այս քրեական գործն ամբողջովին քաղաքականապես մոտիվացված է ու դա ակնհայտ է անգամ այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր հայացքներով ամենևին էլ ընդդիմադիր չեն։
Իմ պնդումը կարելի է հիմնավորել երկու հանգամանքով։
Նախ՝ ժամանկագրությունը։
Խորապես համոզված եմ, որ եթե չլիներ Ծառուկյանի հունիսի 5-ի ելոււյթը, որում արձանագրվեց կառավարության հակահամաճարակային քաղաքականության ֆիասկոն ու՝ որպես հետևանք, պահանջվեց նրա հրաժարականը, ապա չէր լինի նաև այս չարաբաստիկ քրեական գործը։
Երկրորդը՝ անիմաստ է անդրադառնալ քրեական գործի բովանդակությանն՝ այն պարագայում, երբ գործ ունենք սելեկտիվ կամ ընտրովի արդարադատության հետ։ Այս պարագայում՝ առաջնային են ոչ թե իրավական, այլ՝ քաղաքական մոտիվները։
