Այսուհետ որքան կենսաթոշակ կստանան դատավորները

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորները հերթական նախագիծն են ներկայացրել, որը վերաբերում է դատավորներին: Այս անգամ պատգամավորներ Աննա Կոստանյանը, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանն ու Արթուր Դավթյանը ներկայացրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» եւ «Պաշտոնատար անձանց գործունեության ապահովման, սպասարկման եւ սոցիալական երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքում լրացում եւ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մաuին նախագծերի փաթեթը: Այս նախագծերով պատգամավորները ցանկանում են Դատական օրենսգրքում ամրագրել, որ «Դատավորի կենսաթոշակի չափը չի կարող պակաս լինել նրա՝ որպես դատավոր պաշտոնավարումը դադարելուն նախորդող տասներկու ամիսների ընթացքում հաշվարկված աշխատավարձի, այդ թվում՝ հիմնական եւ լրացուցիչ աշխատավարձերի 75 տոկոսից»: Նկատենք, որ այս փոփոխությունը վերաբերելու է բոլոր դատավորներին, եւ անգամ նախագծի հեղինակներն են որպես հիմնավորում փաստում, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորների համար նախատեսված է կենսաթոշակի հաշվարկման կարգ, իսկ, ահա, մյուս դատարանների դատավորների համար նման կարգ նախատեսված չէ, եւ նրանք նկատում են, որ այսպիսի խտրական մոտեցումը հակասում է Սահմանադրությանը: Նկատենք, որ դատավորների կենսաթոշակը զգայուն թեմա է։ 2014 թվականին, երբ կառավարությունը ՍԴ անդամների կենսաթոշակը բարձրացրեց մինչեւ 450-500 հազար դրամ, դատական համակարգում դժգոհություններ եղան՝ խնդրելով ուշադրություն դարձնել այդ անհավասարությանը: Այժմ, փաստորեն, բոլոր դատավորները հավասար կլինեն, այդ թվում՝ երկրի թիվ մեկ դատարանի՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորները»։
