Մեկ բնակարան, մեկ ավտոմեքենա, մեկ հողամաս. դատավորի ունեցվածքը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փետրվարի 28–ին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր նշանակված Կարեն Մարդանյանը, պարզվում է, այնքան էլ մեծ ունեցվածքի տեր մարդ չէ: Դեռևս նախորդ տարի հունիսին Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր նշանակված Մարդանյանն իր 2016 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագրում գրառել էր մեկ բնակարան, մեկ հողամաս և «NISSAN TEANA 2.5» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա ունենալու մասին տվյալներ:
Մարդանյանը հայտարարագրել էր 1 միլիոն դրամ և 8 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար դրամական միջոցներ: Իսկ իր եկամուտներն էլ գոյացել էին աշխատավարձից և կազմել 403 հազար դրամ:
Մարդանյանի պաշտոնական կենսագրությունից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա իր մասնագիտական կարիերան սկսել է որպես դատարանի ցրիչ. 1998 թ. սկսել է աշխատել Երևանի Շահումյանի շրջանի ժողովրդական դատարանում՝ որպես ցրիչ: Այնուհետև եղել է նաև դատավորի օգնական: 2008 թ. նոր միայն ստանձնել է դատավորի պաշտոն՝ ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում:
