Նոր մանրամասներ՝ Գեղարքունիքում 25-ամյա երիտասարդի դաժան սպանությունից

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ Վարդենիս քաղաքի 25-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից:

2020թ. հունիսի 27-ին՝ ժամը 23։35-ի սահմաններում, Վարդենիս քաղաքի Չարենցի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մուտքի մոտ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ կրակոցներ է արձակել Վարդենիս քաղաքի 25-ամյա բնակչի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով հաջորդ օրը, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից, Գեղարքունիքի կայազորային հոսպիտալում երիտասարդը մահացել է։

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են 19 հատ 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի պարկուճներ և փամփուշտի կրակված գնդակներ։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով և 104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանություն) 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կազմվել է քննչական խումբ:

Նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատագենետիկական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ` դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
