Փայլանը խորհրդարանում բարձրացրել է Վանի «Սուրբ կույսեր» մենաստանի պահպանման հարցը

Թուրքիայի ընդդիմադիր «Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական» կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ-HDP) հայ պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը «Սուրբ Կույսեր» հայկական մենաստանի հարցը բերել է Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի (մեջլիս) օրակարգ, հայտնում է Ermenihaber-ը։

Վանի Գյուրփընար շրջանի Աքբոյու թաղամասում գտնվող «Սուրբ Կույսեր» վանական համալիրը շարունակում է թիրախ լինել գանձախույզների համար և շարունակաբար ավերվել։ Հայ պատգամավորը հիշեցրել է, որ 16-րդ դարի կառույց համարվող այս համալիրը ժամանակին շուրջ 300 կույսերի է ապաստան տվել և տարածաշրջանում կարևոր կրթական կենտրոն է եղել։

«Նաև ճարտարապետական տեսակետից կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող այս կառույցը, ցավոք, տարիներ շարունակ լքվածության և գանձախույզների վանդալիզմի հետևանքով արդեն գրեթե լիովին ոչնչացման եզրին է։

Գանձախույզների գործունեության և իշխանությունների անտարբերության հետևանքով Վանի և շրջակայքի պատմամշակութային կոթողները ավերվում են»,-նշել է պատգամավորը։

Փայլանը ներկայացրել է հարցադիմում՝ ակնկալելով մշակույթի և զբոսաշրջության նախարարի պատասխանը։ Պատգամավորը փորձել է պարզել` արդյո՞ք Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները պատրաստվու՞մ են վերականգնել «Սուրբ կույսեր» վանական համալիրը։ Նա ներկայացրել է հետևյալ հարցերը․

«1․ Պարզվե՞լ է արդյոք, թե ովքեր են գանձ գտնելու նպատակով հորատումներ անում «Սուրբ կույսեր» մենաստանում և նրա շուրջը, նրանց դեմ իրավական գործընթաց հարուցվե՞լ է։

2․ Ինչու՞ Ձեր նախարարությունը պահպանության տակ չի առնում «Սուրբ կույսեր» մենաստանն ու Վան նահանգում գտնվող մյուս քրիստոնեական պատմական կառույցները։

3․ «Սուրբ կույսեր» մենաստանի վերակառուցմանն ուղղված որևէ աշխատանք ծրագրու՞մ եք:

4․ Կազմվե՞լ է արդյոք Վան նահանգում գտնվող և հայերի կողմից կառուցված մենաստանների, եկեղեցիների և մշակութային կառույցների ցուցակը։

5․ Հայերից մնացած մշակութային հետքերի ոչնչացումը մինչ օրս պետական քաղաքականություն է եղել։ Մտածու՞մ եք արդյոք որևէ փոփոխություն մտցնել այս քաղաքականության մեջ։
