«Հրապարակ». «Պատվերի ֆիասկո». Խաժակյանը՝ իր դեմ քր.գործի մասին

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Տեղեկություն ունենք, որ Ձեր վարորդի գործը, որով Դուք որպես վկա եք ներգրավված, սկսել է նախկին ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանը, որը Հայկ Մարությանի ընկերն է, բայց ինչո՞ւ նրա ժամանակ չկատարվեց այդ պատվերը՝ հարցրինք Դավիթ Խաժակյանին։ «Ակնհայտ կլիներ, որ ոստիկանապետը գործ է հարուցել իր ընկերոջ քաղաքական օպոնենտի նկատմամբ»: Ինչո՞ւ հիմա հարուցեցին, որ Էդմոնը չստորագրի՞ ՍԴ դիմումը։ Փաստորեն, Էդմոնի սանիկների նկատմամբ էլ են գործ հարուցում․ Մարուքյանը Ձեր քավորն է, չէ՞։ «Այո, իմ քավորն է, իսկ գործը հարուցվել է ՍԴ-ին առնչվող մեր որոշումը կայացնելուց հետո»: Լուրեր կան, որ Ձեր նկատմամբ «քաղաքական պատվերի» հետեւում նաեւ վարչապետի քավոր Ղալումյանն է կանգնած, ասում են` իրենց սանիկը զայրացած է։ «Չեմ բացառում, քանզի Փաշինյանն այդ բացահայտումը ծանր է տարել, եւ առայսօր չկա որեւէ հրապարակային տեղեկություն` հարյուր միլիոնավոր դրամների հասնող այդ չարաշահումների մասով»: Վարորդի գործով ներկայացա՞ք 6-րդ վարչություն: «Այո, իրականում «ուչաստկովիի» գործ էր, ենթադրում եմ, որ իրենք ձեռք են բերել որոշ լուսանկարներ, որոնք առանց քրգործի հարուցման եւ դատարանի սանկցիայի իրավունք չունեին ձեռք բերելու»:

Ի՞նչ լուսանկարներ են։ «Ինձ նկարել են ֆրակցիայի մեքենայի ղեկին, ինչպես նաեւ տեղեկություններ ունեին այն մասին, թե ինչ, երբ եւ ինչ ժամանակահատվածում եմ հանդիպել վարորդի հետ»: Գաղտնալսումների մասի՞ն է խոսքը։ «Այո, նորմալ զրույցներ են, որտեղ ես հարցնում եմ` բենզինը լցրե՞լ ես, յուղը փոխե՞լ ես, տեխասմոտրը ի՞նչ եղավ… ոչ մի կրիմինալ»: Բա ի՞նչ է լինելու։ «Պատվերի ֆիասկո»:
