Կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդները դադարում են վարակիչ լինել վարակվելուց 11 օր անց. հետազոտություն Սինգապուրից

Կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդները դադարում են վարակիչ լինել վարակվելուց 11 օր անց, նույնիսկ եթե հիվանդության 12-րդ օրը կորոնավիրուսի ախտորոշման թեստը դրական արդյունք է ցույց տալիս, փոխանցում է COVID-19-ը, հայտնում է Bloomberg-ը՝ վկայակոչելով նոր հետազոտությունները:

Վարակիչ հիվանդությունների սինգապուրից մասնագետները հայտարարել են, որ հայտնաբերել են, որ վիրուսը «հիվանդության 11-րդ օրվանից հետո չի կարող առանձնացվել կամ արմանատավորվել»,- նշվում է Երկրի վարակիչ հիվանդությունների ազգային կենտրոնի եւ Բժշկության ակադեմիայի համատեղ զեկույցում:

Հետազոտողներն ուսումնասիրել են COVID-19 ունեցող 73 հիվանդի «վիրուսային բեռը», որպեսզի պարզեն՝ արդյոք վիրուսը դեռ կենսունակ է, եւ արդյոք նրանք կարող են որեւէ մեկին վարակել: «COVID-19 համավարակի սկզբից կուտակված տվյալների հիման վրա ախտանշաններ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ [կորոնավիրուսի] վարակիչ ժամանակաշրջանը կարող է սկսվել ախտանիշների հայտնվելուց մոտ 2 օր առաջ եւ տեւում է ախտանիշների հայտնվելուց մոտ 7-10 օր»,- գրել են հետազոտողները:

Ըստ նրանց՝ երկու շաբաթ անց հիվանդները դեռ կարող են դրական արդյունք ունենալ, բայց թեստերը կարող են ներառել վիրուսի կտորներ, որոնք այլեւս կենսունակ չեն վարակի տարածման համար: «Վիրուսի ակտիվ վերարտադրումն առաջին շաբաթից հետո արագորեն ընկնում է, իսկ հիվանդության երկրորդ շաբաթից հետո կենսունակ վիրուս չի հայտնաբերվել»,- գրում են հետազոտողները:

Նրանք ենթադրել են, որ ստացված տվյալները կարող են օգնել հիվանդանոցներին որոշելու, թե երբ է պետք հիվանդին դուրս գրել: Միացյալ Նահանգներում շատ հիվանդանոցներ պահանջում են, որպեսզի հիվանդները երկու անգամ բացասական արդյունքով կորոնավիրուսի ախտորոշման թեստ հանձնեն՝ առողջացած համարվելու համար:

Հետազոտողները վստահ են, որ այս ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները կվերարտադրվեն ավելի մեծ հետազոտություններում, նշել է NCID-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Լեո Յի-սինը սիգապուրյան The Strait Times թերթում: «Գիտական ​​տեսանկյունից՝ ես վստահ եմ, որ բավարար ապացույցներ կան առ այն, որ 11 օրը մարն այլեւս չի վարակիչ չէ»,- ասել է նա:
