«Փաստ». Արցախի նախագահի «լյապը» հարցեր է առաջացրել

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Օրերս Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում հայտարարել է, որ այսօր Արցախի օդն ամբողջությամբ պաշտպանված է. «Ես չեմ ուզում անդրադառնալ այն մարդկանց, որոնք փորձում են ամեն ինչ սեւացնել կամ քննադատել, այդ թվում՝ ձեռք բերված զենքի հետ կապված` անվանելով հին, հնամաշ, չաշխատող: 2016 թվականին մենք կերազեինք, որ այդ նույն զենքից ունենայինք»,-ասել է նա։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ այս հայտարարությունը բավականին լուրջ քննադատության է արժանացել եւ մեծ թվով հարցեր է առաջացրել հատկապես ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի ու ԱՀ ՊԲ զինվորականների շրջանում։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Հարությունյանը փորձել է բացատրել եւ արդարանալ, որ ընդամենը նպատակ է ունեցել համեմատականներ տանել եւ ցույց տալ բանակի նոր ձեռքբերումները, ինչը, սակայն, լավ չի ընկալվել ոչ միայն զինվորականների, այլ առհասարակ հանրության տարբեր շերտերի, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքական տարբեր շրջանակների կողմից։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, իրականում առաջ քաշած այդ թեզն ուղղորդված է եղել հայաստանյան իշխանությունների որոշակի սեգմենտի կողմից, ինչը նկատվում է նաեւ այս թեմայի հետ կապված քննարկումների ժամանակ փաշինյանական խմբերի կողմից Հարությունյանին տեղեկատվական աջակցություն ապահովելու փորձով։

Հանուն արդարության պետք է փաստենք, որ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, ՀՀ իշխանական շրջանակներում էլ այդ հայտարարությունը ոչ միանշանակ է ընդունվել, եւ Հարությունյանին ակնարկել են, որ նման թեմաները շրջանցի եւ խուսափի այդ կարգի մեկնաբանություններից»:
