Բանակի փողը լափողին Վազգեն Սարսգայնն ի՞նչ էր անում. այս հարցի պատասխանը լավագույնս գիտի Արամ Սարգսյանը. քաղաքագետ

Քաղաքագետ Միհրան Հակոբյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

«Սահմանադրական հեղաշրջման օրը Հանրայինի հարցազրույցի տաղավարում ժողովրդավարության ու արևմտյան արժեքների թունդ սիրահար, իմ շատ սիրելի Արամ Սարգսյանը մոռացավ ասել, թե ժողովրդավարության և արևմտյան արժեհամակարգը կրող քանի՞ երկիր գիտի աշխարհում, որտեղ Սահմանադրությունը փոխում են հերիք չէ առանց հանրաքվեի, մի բան էլ` առանց խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության ներկայության: Ավելին` փորձում են ԱԺ կանոնակարգ-օրենքը փոխել և շրջանցելով պետության գլուխ հանդիսացող նախագահին` իրենց ընդունած հակասահմանադրական օրենքը դակել ԱԺ նախագահի մակարդակով: Այսինքն` սահմանադրական կարգ տապալողները նույնսիկ ֆորմալ ձևականությունների հետևից չեն ընկնում, շատ ուղիղ հաստատում են բռնապետություն:

Արևմտյան արժեհամակարգը կրող քանի՞ ժողովրդավարական երկիր կա, որտեղ իշխանություն կոչված մի խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունն ինքն իրենով հավաքվում ու հավսար-զգաստով սահմանադրական կարգ է տապալում: Բայց այս հարցը, թերևս, մի կողմ թողնենք: Որովհետև Արամ Սարգսյանը քաղականության մեջ է այն ժամանակներից, երբ ես դեռևս դպրոցական էի, և փորձառությունն իրեն պետք է հուշի սպասվող գործընթացների մասին, այն է` չկա՞ սահմանադրական կարգ, չկա՞ պետական իշխանություն, կա խունտա, սրանց պարագայում` փողոցային ընտանիքապետություն: Հետևանքի մասին չխոսենք, շատ շուտով բոլորս այդ հետևանքը տեսնելու ենք բարիկադների վրա:

Ապշեցուցիչն այն է, որ իմ շատ սիրելի Արամ Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ Հայաստանում «ռուսական 5-րդ շարասյուն» կա: Այո, կարծես` հասել ենք, երևի իջնենք արդեն: Ուրեմն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ռուսների առաջ այնպես կզի ու այնքան տա ռուսներին, ինչքան որ ՀՀ երեք նախագահները, կրկնում եմ` ՀՀ երեք նախագահները միասին չէին տվել ու այդքանից հետո Արամ Սարգսյանը «ռուսական 5-րդ շարասյուն» հռչակի ընդդիմությանը: Կամ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի ասած` հոմոսեքսուալիստներին ու աղանդավորներին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերցնի անձնական պաշտպանության տակ, արտասահմանյան գործակալական ցանցով ողողի պետական ապարատն ու Սոռոսի վաստակներին դարձնի հասարակության ծաղիկը, իսկ ընդդիմությունը հռչակվի «5-րդ շարասյուն»: Խոսքեր չկան, ուղղակի զավեշտալի է:

Իսկ աբսուրդն այն է, որ իմ շատ սիրելի Արամ Սարգսյանը փորձում է զենքի մատակարարման խնդիրը պեչենու բաղերը գցել: Թե բա` «որոշ քաղաքական գործիչներ անգամ ասում են` Հայաստանին զենք մի տվեք, որովհետև իրենք էդ զենքը կարող են ծախել ուրիշներին»: Պարոն Սարգսյան ջան, չեն ասում զենք մի տվեք Հայաստանին, այլ կոնկրետ փաստ են հրապարակել, շատ կոնկրետ: Փաստ, համաձայն որի` ձեր սիրելի վարչապետը ոմն պատրոն Դավիթի հետ, օգտագործելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կնիքը, զենքի բիզնեսով փող է աշխատել, մեծ փող: Այսինքն` դաշնակից Ռուսաստանից ներքին գներով զենք են առել իբր թե Հայաստանի բանակի համար ու այդ զենքը խուրդել են երրորդ ու չորրորդ երկրներին: Շատ բան չասեմ, բայց ազգովի աղոթենք, որ հերքվեն օդում կախված այն լուրերը, որ երրորդ ու չորրորդ երկրներին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու պատրոն Դավիթի ծախած զենքը Աֆրիկայում ու Մերձավոր Արևելքում աշխատել է ռուս զինվորականների դեմ: Ով հորթ չէ, հասկանում է դրա հետևանքն ինչ է լինելու: Զենքի բառիգները հեչ, մեր երկիրն է ափսոս: Հորդանանյան ՀՕՊ համակարգերի մասին չխոսենք, մախաթը պարկում երկար պահել չի լինելու: Ատկատով աշխատած այդ միլիոնավոր դոլարները օֆշորային հաշիվների վրա են ու դրա ձայնը շատ շուտով լսվելու է: Չեն պլստալու, բանակից գողացած փողը կոպեկ առ կոպեկ վերադարձնելու են:
