11-ամյա աղջկա աչքերից արյունոտ արցունքներ են հոսում (լուսանկարներ)

11-ամյա հնդիկ մի աղջկա աչքերից արյունոտ արցունքներ են հոսում ծայրահեղ հազվադեպ բժշկական վիճակի՝ հեմոլակրիայի պատճառով: Նրա դեպքը նկարագրվել է BMJ Case Report ամսագրում:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Ըստ Science Alert պարբերականը, աղջկա մայրը, ով ցանկացել է անանուն մնալ, Նոր Դելիի Համահնդկական բժշկական գիտությունների ինստիտուտի մասնագետներին պատմել է, որ իր դստեր աչքերից հանկարծ սկսել են արյունոտ արցունքներ հոսալ: Դա տեղի էր ունենում օրվա ընթացքում 2-3 անգամ՝ մի քանի րոպե տեւողությամբ: Ընդ որում, աղջիկը ցավ կամ ուժեղ հույզեր չէր զգում. արցունքները հոսում էին իրենք իրենց: Դրանից առաջ նա ոչ մի հիվանդություն կամ վնասվածք չի ունեցել:

«Ես վախենում եմ դստերս առողջության համար: Ինձ վախեցնում է, որ նրա աչքերից արյուն է հոսում: Հուսով եմ, որ դա հետագայում նրա հետ այդպիսի բան այլեւս չի լինի»,- բժիշկներին ասել է երեխայի մայրը:

Բժիշկները զննել են աղջկան եւ բազմաթիվ անալիզներ են վերցրել: Հիվանդի արցունքագեղձերը նորմալ վիճակում էին, դրանց պարունակությունը՝ եւս: Նրա արյան անալիզներում փորձագետները նույնպես որեւէ շեղում չէին հայտնաբերել: Նրանք դեռ չեն կարողանում պարզել, թե ինչն է սխալ այս աղջկա հետ, բայց հիվանդանոցում գտնվելու ընթացքում նրա աչքերից շարունակում էին արյունոտ արցունքներ հոսալ:

Հեմոլակրիան շատ հազվադեպ վիճակ է, որի պատճառները կարող են բազմազան լինել: Երբեմն դա առաջանում է հեմոֆիլիայի կամ Ռանդյու-Օսլեր հիվանդության պատճառով: Արյունոտ արցունքները կարող են նաեւ որոշակի դեղամիջոցների ընդունման կողմնակի ազդեցությունը լինել: Կան դեպքեր, երբ հիվանդների մոտ հեմոլակրիան անսպասելիորեն սկսվել է, այնուհետեւ նույնքան հանկարծակի ավարտվել է, եւ դրա պատճառներն անհայտ են մնացել:
