Ով որքան կվճարի գազի համար հուլիսի 1-ից հետո. նոր որոշում

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովն այսօր քննարկում էր հայաստանյան սպառողներին մատակարարվող գազի սակագները վերանայելու վերաբերյալ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի հայցը:

«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ Վարչության նախագահ, գլխավոր տնօրեն Հրանտ Թադևոսյանը նշեց, որ գազի սակագնի բարձրացման հայտի հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ գործող սակագինը չի փակում ընկերության բոլոր ծախսերը:

Ընկերությունը հանձնաժողովին առաջարկեց գազի գինն ավելացնել 15 դոլարով՝ ներկայիս 150-ի փոխարեն հասցնելով 165 դոլարի՝ 1000 խմ-ի դիմաց: Արդյունքում հայաստանյան սպառողներին մատակարարվող գազի միջինացված սակագինը 1000 խմ-ի համար «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» առաջարկում է դարձնել 283.14 դոլար` ներկայիս 255.06 դոլարի փոխարեն, իսկ ՀԾԿՀ-ն առաջարկում է սահմանել 266.71 դոլար:

Սակայն ՀԾԿՀ Սակագնային քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ուլիխանյանը հայտնեց, որ ուսումնասիրելով «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» առաջարկը, ՀԾԿՀ-ն առաջարկում է գազի նոր գինը սահմանել 266.71 դոլար՝ 1000 խմ-ի դիմաց:
Հանձնաժողովն առաջարկում է նաև թանկացումը չկիրառել ՀՀ շարքային սպառողների, անապահով խավերի ու որոշ արտադրողների նկատմամբ:

Աշոտ Ուլիխանյանը հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ անապահով խավերին վաճառվող գազի գինը կմնա այնքան, որքան այսօր է՝ 1 խմ-ի դիմաց 100 դրամ: Շարքային սպառողները ևս կշարունակեն վճարել ներկա սակագնի չափով՝ 1 խմ-ի դիմաց 139 դրամ:

139 դրամ կվճարեն նաև խոշոր սպառողները, այդ թվում՝ ՋԷԿ-երը: Կառավարությունն առանձնացրել է նաև տնտեսական գործունեության որոշ տեսակներ: Նույն սակագինը կգործի նաև պահածոների, խմիչքի և կաթնամթերքի արտադրության ոլորտի ձեռնարկությունների համար, բայց արդեն ամբողջ տարվա համար:
