Կարևոր տեղեկություն՝ թոշակառուների համար

Վաղը ԱԺ-ում կքննարկվի «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին կառավարության ներկայացրած նապագիծը, գրում է Iravaban.net-ը։

Նախագծով նախատեսվում է սահմանել, որ յուրաքանչյուր ամսվա կենսաթոշակը կվճարվի տվյալ ամսվա ընթացքում, անկանխիկ եղանակով, բացառությամբ սույն մասում նշված դեպքերի:

Կենսաթոշակառուի դիմումի հիման վրա կենսաթոշակը վկվճարվի անկանխիկ կամ կանխիկ եղանակով, եթե կենսաթոշակառուն (անչափահաս կամ խնամակալության տակ գտնվող կենսաթոշակառուի դեպքում' նրա օրինական ներկայացուցիչը' ծնողը, որդեգրողը կամ խնամակալը) առաջին կամ երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամ է կամ լրացել է կենսաթոշակառուի 75 տարին:

Կենսաթոշակը լիազորագրով կամ 14 տարին լրացած անչափահասին կվճարվի կանխիկ եղանակով:

Կենսաթոշակառուի մահվան պատճառով չվճարված կենսաթոշակի գումարը մահացածի 14 տարեկան և դրանից բարձր տարիքի անչափահաս երեխային վճարվում է կանխիկ եղանակով:

Կենսաթոշակ ստանալու իրավունքը դադարեցնելուց հետո չվճարված կենսաթոշակի գումարը կվճարվի նախկին կենսաթոշակառուի կամ այդ գումարը օրենքով ստանալու իրավունքն ունեցող այլ անձի դիմումի հիման վրա, անկանխիկ եղանակով (բացառությամբ այն դեպքի, երբ չվճարված կենսաթոշակի գումարը վճարվում է 14 տարեկան եւ դրանից բարձր տարիքի անչափահաս երեխային):

Կենսաթոշակը կվճարվի անկանխիկ կամ կանխիկ եղանակով' կենսաթոշակառուի դիմումի հիման վրա, եթե կենսաթոշակը նշանակվել է.

1) Երեւան, Գյումրի եւ Վանաձոր քաղաքներում' մինչեւ 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը,

2) այլ քաղաքներում (բացառությամբ' սույն մասի 1-ին կետում նշված քաղաքների)' մինչեւ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը,

3) 1000 եւ ավելի բնակիչ ունեցող գյուղերում' մինչեւ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը,

4) մինչեւ 1000 բնակիչ ունեցող գյուղերում մինչեւ 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը:

Գյուղերի ցանկը' ըստ բնակչության քանակի, կհաստատի Կառավարությունը' մինչեւ 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը:

Եթե ներկայացվում է կենսաթոշակ վճարելը վերսկսելու, կենսաթոշակ ստանալու իրավունքը վերականգնելու, կենսաթոշակը վերահաշվարկելու, կենսաթոշակի տեսակը փոխելու դիմում, ապա կենսաթոշակը կվճարվի անկանխիկ եղանակով։

Եթե սույն մասում նշված դիմումը չի ներկայացվում, ապա կենսաթոշակի վճարումը կշարունակվի անկանխիկ եղանակով, Կառավարության սահմանած կարգով ընտրված բանկի միջոցով.

1) Երեւան, Գյումրի եւ Վանաձոր քաղաքներում' 2021 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից,

2) այլ քաղաքներում (բացառությամբ' սույն մասի 1-ին կետում նշված քաղաքների)' 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից,

3) 1000 եւ ավելի բնակիչ ունեցող գյուղերում' 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից,

4) մինչեւ 1000 բնակիչ ունեցող գյուղերում մինչեւ 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից:
