Պարոն Դատախազ, դուք տապալվեցիք, որովհետեւ եթե ձեզ չզանգեր ինչ-որ փոխվարչապետ, դուք հետ չվերցնեիք ԱԺ-ից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդությունը, դուք այդտեղ եւս կտապալվեիք: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին, ԱԺ-ում իր ելույթում նշեց ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

«Դուք տապալվեցիք, որովհետեւ թե նախորդ անգամ դուք կատարել եք քաղաքական պատվեր նախորդ իշխանությունների, թե այս անգամ դուք կատարում եք քաղաքական պատվեր այն մարդու համար, որի համար 2018-ի ապրիլին միջնորդություն էիք ներկայացրել մասսայական անկարգություններ, հավաքներ, երթեր անցկացնելու հիմքով պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու համար: Դուք այսօր հաստատեցիք, որ դուք քաղաքական պատվեր կատարող եք: Հաստատեցիք, որ դուք պատրաստ եք կատարել բոլոր հնարավոր իշխանություններից եկող քաղաքական պատվերները:

Դուք տպալվեցիք, որովհետեւ փաստացի ընդունեցիք, որ ժամանակին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդությունը կամ ի սկզբանե եղել է ոչ իրավաչափ, կամ էլ ոչ իրավաչափ է հետ կանչվել:

Դուք տապալվեցիք, որովհետեւ ընդունեցիք, որ փետրվարից ունենալով գործով ապացույցներ, սպասել եք 5 ամիս ԱԺ մտնելու համար՝ ենթադրաբար այդ ընթացքում տարբեր կողմերի հետ քաղաքական առեւտուր անելու ակնկալիքով:

Պարոն Դատախազ, դուք տապալվեցիք, որովհետեւ գործի հիմքերը ներկայացնելով չկարողացաք կոնկրետ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վերաբերյալ որեւէ փաստական ապացույց ներկայացնել, իսկ իր ներկայացրած շղթան փաստացի փակվում էր ավելի ցածր օղակների վրա:

Ծառուկյանն ասել է՝ ծախս կանես, եւ Ծառուկյանը որեւէ մեկին գումար չի տվել:

Դուք տապալվեցիք, որովհետեւ ընդունեցիք, որ 17 հազար մարդ մասնակցել է ընտրակաշառքի գործընթացին, բայց նրանցից որեւէ մեկը փաստացի պատիժ չի կրում

Դուք այս դահլիճում որպես գլխավոր դատախազ այս դահլիճում վերջացաք»,-ասաց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

«Ով կարող է երաշխավորել, որ լրիվ ուրիշ գործով իբր հայտնաբերված թղթերը դուք չեք պատրաստել կամ խմբագրել: Ով կարող է երաշխավորել, որ ձեր մատնանշած անձինք՝ ոմն Կիրակոսյան եւ ոմն Մուրադյան, որեւէ կերպ չեն ակնարկել Ծառուկյանի անունը գործարքի մեջ, կամ ճնշման տակ չեն տվել ձեր նշած ցուցմունքները: Ովքե՞ր են նրանք, ինչ հեղինակություն ունեն, ինչ նախկին քրգործերով են անցնում, արդյոք հարցաքննվել են փաստաբանի մասնակցությամբ: Ինչո՞ւ պետք է հավատանք նրանց: Տվեք այս հարցերի պատասխանները»,-ասաց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
