Արցախցու անձնագրի մեջ ծննդավայրը Երևանում նշել են Ադրբեջան

ԱԺ ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․

«Ինչ-որ բացատրություն կա՞ սրան

Այս անձնագիրը ինձ տրամադրել է այս տիկնոջ ամուսինն ու հորդորել է հրապարակել: Մարինան ծնվել է Արցախի Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար գյուղում:

Անձնագրի ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո Արցախից Մարինային ուղարկում են Երևան և Դավթաշենի անձնագրային բաժանմունքում մեկ տարի առաջ, 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 3-ին, նա ստանում նոր անձնագիր, որը վավեր է մինչև 2029 թվականն ու որտեղ որպես ծննդավայր նշված է Ադրբեջան, իսկ որպես գրանցման վայր`Մարտունու շրջան, գյուղ Ճարտար:

Հիմա էսպիսի մի հարց. եթե անգամ ժամանակին Արցախը դե յուրե եղել է Ադրբեջանի կազմում, որքանո՞վ է քաղաքականապես նպատակահարմար Արցախում ծնված քաղաքացիների նոր անձնագրերում ևս գրել Ադրբեջան:

Պարզ է նաեւ, որ օրենքի տառը պահելու դեպքում պիտի գրվի Ադրբեջան։ Բայց, կարծում եմ էստեղ այլ լուծում պիտի գտնել։ Ի դեպ, 90-ականներին նման դեպքերում ծննդյան վայր գրում էին Հայաստան, հաշվի առնելով, որ Արցախը դեռևս միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտ չէ:

Սա որպես հարց դնում եմ քննարկման՝ ադեկվատ լուծում գտնելու համար, իսկ անձնագրայինի նոր պետին խնդրում եմ փոխել Մարինայի անձնագիրն ու մաքրել Ադրբեջան անունը:

Հ.Գ. Ը դեպ, այսօրինակ դեպքերում կարելի է գրել ոչ թե պետության անվանումը, այլ միայն բնակավայրը, ինչը չի հակասի ICAO- ի ստանդարտներին»
