Եթե մարդիկ մեքենայով տեղ են գնում եւ չեն ուզում, որ կողքից իրենց ճանաչեն, շատ լավ միջոց է կրել դիմակներ. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Այդտեղ ի՞նչ խնդիր կա. մարդը տեսավ, նկարեց, արձանագրվեց, որ մեքենայում առանց դիմակի անձ կա, համարը գրվեց, վարորդին տուգանում են դրա համար: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 11-ին, Կառավարության հերթական նիստի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որտեղ քննարկվում էր համապատասխան որոշման նախագիծը:

«Մենք հիմա այն վիճակում ենք, որ դա պետք է ավելացնել այդ ցանկում: Մենք մեր քաղաքացիներին ասում ենք, որ հակահամաճարակային շարժում ենք սկսում, բայց նրանց չենք ուզում համապատասխան գործիք տա՞լ: Որտե՞ղ է պրոբլեմը»,-ասաց նա:

Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ասաց, որ այդտեղ մարդու անձնական կյանքի իրավունքի հետ կապված խնդիր կա:

Արդարադատության նախարար ռուստամ Բադասյանն էլ պարզաբանեց. «Եթե անձին տեսանկարահանում են կոնկրետ ժամին, կոնկրետ վայրում, եւ իր մասին տեղեկություններ են հավաքում, դա միանշանակ անձնական տվյալների մշակում է, ինչը խնդրահարույց է»:

«Ավելի լավ, թող դիմակով լինեն, էդ դեպքում՝ չեն ճանաչի, թե ով է, ինչքան էլ նկարեն: Եթե մարդիկ մեքենայով տեղ են գնում եւ չեն ուզում, որ կողքից իրենց ճանաչեն, շատ լավ միջոց է կրել դիմակներ: Ապակիները մգեցնելու կարիք էլ չկա, մանավանդ ոստիկանությունը ռեյդեր է անում, որ մուգ ապակիներով մեքենաներ չլինեն»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ընթացքի ժամանակ նկարելու դեպքում մարդու դեմքը չի երեւա, փոխարենը կերեւա՝ դիմակով է, թե ոչ:

Բադասյանի խոսքին, որ պատասխանատվություն կրում է ոչ թե վարորդը, այլ կոնկրետ անձը, որը դիմակ չի կրել, վարչապետը հակադարձեց. «Դե ուրեմն պետք է փոխել, պետք է պատասխանատվությունը դնել վարորդի վրա: Կներեք, որ փողոցում տեսախցիկները կախած են, մարդը տակով անցնցում է, էդտեղ անձնական տվյալների խնդիր չկա՞»:

Արդարադատության նախարարը խոստացավ եւս մեկ անգամ ուսումնասիրել խնդիրը, որպեսզի դիմակ չկրելու մասը նույնպես ներառվի արձանագրվող դեպքերի ցանկում:
