Միայն Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարողացավ լուծել խնդիրը …

Իջևան քաղաքում բնակվող, անչափահաս 6 տղաների հայր Դավիթ Սահակյանի 8 հոգանոց ընտանիքը բնակարան չուներ, ժամանակավորապես բնակվում էր Ռուսաստանում գտնվող բարեկամի իջևանյան տանը: Բազմաբնակարան շենքում գտնվող այդ բնակարանում բնական գազի միայն մեկ միացման կետ կար, հոկտեմբերից մինչև ապրիլ իրենց ընտանիքը ստիպված էր երկու սենյակում էլէկտրաէներգիայով ջեռուցում ապահովել:

Դավիթ Սահակյանը՝ բնակարան ունենալու խնդրով գրավոր և բանավոր դիմել է շատ պետական պաշտոնյաների, բարերարների, մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանին. 2012 թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների շրջանակներում, երբ նա այցելել էր Իջևան, Ազատության հրապարակում՝ Աժ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Հրանտ Բագրատյանին, ով անգամ չի ցանկացել լսել այդ մասին: Գրավոր՝ ինչպես Դավիթ Սահակյանն, այնպես էլ՝ կինը, դիմել են ՀՀ առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանին, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանին, ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայր ու Ազգային ժողով, անգամ՝ Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի գլխավոր տնօրեն Եվգենի Բիբինին, որպեսի նրա գլխավորած ընկերությունը իր ընտանիքին գոնե ֆինանսապես աջակցի սպառած էլեկտրաէներգիայի գումարը մուծելու համար, սակայն որևէ մեկի կողմից բացարձակապես որևէ դրական քայլ չի արվել այս ընտանիքի համար:

2015 թ. աշնանը Տավուշի մարզկենտրոն Իջևան է այցելել այնժամ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ում մոտեցել ու նույն խնդրով դիմել է Դավիթ Սահակյանը. <Եզակի մարդկայնություն դրսևորեց պարոն Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում կարգավորեց խնդիրը, որի արդյունքում մեր արդեն 9 հոգուց բաղկացած ընտանիքն ապրում է հարմարավետ բնակարանում>:

Դավիթ Սահակյանն՝ իր բազմազավակ ընտանիքի, ի դեմս տիկնոջ, զույգ – զույգ որդիների՝ Արծրունի և Սահակ. 10 տարեկան, Նարեկ և Սարգիս. 6 տարեկան, Գագիկ և Կամսար. 2 տարեկան, ու՝ 4 ամսեկան Ռոզայի, խորին շնորհակալությւոն է հայտնում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին՝ իրենց ընտանիքի նվիրական երազանքն ի կատար ածելու համար. <Միայն Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարողացավ լուծել խնդիրը …>:
