Նիկոլը բյուջեի հաշվին իր ընտրողներին՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորներին, վճարում է պարգևավճարներ, պատգամավորները ընտրում են Նիկոլին. քաղաքագետ

Քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը «Ֆեյսբուքի» իր էջում գրել է. 

«Ցանկացած համակարգ ունի իր կոնստրուկցիան՝ կմախքը, որի շնորհիվ կենսագործում է ու չի փլուզվում։ Եթե քաղաքական միավոր է, ապա դա կարող է լինել ինչ-որ գաղափարախոսություն, համոզմունք, կան ինչ-որ առաքելություն կատարելու հավակնություն։

Ո՞րն է ՔՊ-ի գոյության իմաստը (ում այդ հապավումը ոչինչ չի ասում, ապա հիշեցնեմ, դա այսօրվա Հայաստանի իշխող կուսակցությունն է՝ Քաղաքացիական Պայմանագիր են ասում)։

Այդ կուսակցության անդամներին, առանձին-առանձին վերցրած, վիրավորելու որևէ միտում չունեմ։ Ոմանց շատ լավ եմ վերաբերվում, ոմանք ընկերներ են եղել, գուցե նաև հիմա կան որպես այդպիսին, ոմանք ունեն ներդրում տարբեր բնագավառներում։ Ես հիմա խոսում է ՔՊ մասին որպես քաղաքական միավոր՝ հավաքական ամբողջություն։

ՔՊ-ն որպես այդպիսին այսօր քաղաքական բալաստ է՝ մեկ անձի կցորդ, անդեմ, անմիտ և անկարծիք։

Իսկ ի՞նչն է այսօր միավորում այդ մարդկանց։

Երևանի ավագանու նախորդ ընտրությունների ժամանակ, երբ ընտրակաշառքներն արդար ընտրության հիմնական խոչընդոտն էր, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը առաջարկել էր, որ ով չվերցնի ընտրակաշառք, ընտրություններում հաղթելու դեպքում քաղաքի բյուջեից 5 հազարի փոխարեն 15 հազար կստանա։ Լուծումը կրեատիվ էր և շատերս դա համարեցինք որպես նախընտրսկան հնարք, կամ էպատաժ՝ ոչ ավելին։ Լինում է։

Սակայն այսօր դա իրականություն է դարձել։ Իրականում ԱԺ պատգամավորները Փաշինյանի ընտրողներն են ու բավական է, որ «չընտրեն», մեկ օրվա ընթացքում կկորցնի իշխանությունը։ Նիկոլը բյուջեի հաշվին իր ընտրողներին՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորներին, վճարում է պարգևավճարներ, պատգամավորները ընտրում են Նիկոլին։ Ավելի անկեղծ ասեմ՝ ժողովրդի փողերով գնում է ձեզ։ Դա ամենօրա գործընթաց է՝ գիտակցված ու լավ հաշվարկված հնարք։

Հարգելի ձերքայլականներ, դա է ձեր քաղաքական ուժի կոնստրուկցիան՝ իմաստն ու գաղտնիքը։ Սա է ընդամենը ՔՊ-ի ողջ բովանդակությունը և դրա համար եք միաձայն քվեարկում, միաձայն հարձակվում քննադատողների վրա, խոսում ու մտածում նույն կերպ, գործում ըստ հրահանգի։

Բայց դուք կարող եք հերքել այս կարծիքը։ Դրա համար պետք է միմյանց հետ բանավիճեք, հայտնեք ձեր սեփական, բնական պատճառներով միմյանցից տարբերվող կարծիքներ ու գործեք ըստ ձեր խղճի»։
