Չկայացած միջոցառման համար փոխհատուցում չեն ստացել. դիմել են ԱԱԾ

«Սպառողների աջակցման կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Աշոտ Միրզոյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ին հայտնեց, որ իրենց բազմաթիվ մարդիկ են դիմում, ովքեր գնել են «Ջրային կրկես» միջոցառման տոմսեր, սակայն միջոցառումները չեղարկվել են, իսկ քաղաքացիները փոխհատուցում չեն ստացել:

«Մարդիկ տոմսեր են գնել, սակայն միջոցառումները չեղարկվել են: Մեր հ/կ-ին բազմաթիվ մարդիկ են դիմել, որոշեցինք օգնել նրանց, դիմեցինք ոստիկանություն: Մի քանի օր առաջ ոստիկանությունից տեղեկացրին, որ դիմումը ստացել են և համապատասխան ընթացակարգով գործին ընթացք է տրվել: Սակայն հստակ գործընթաց դեռ չենք նկատել, ուստի կդիմենք համապատասխան այլ մարմիններին: Օգտագործելու ենք իրավական բոլոր լծակները՝ հարցին լուծում տալու համար»,- նշեց նա:

Միրզոյանը հայտնեց, որ քաղաքացիները դեռ շարունակում են դիմել իրենց և այս պահին մոտ 100 դիմում են ստացել, տուժողների թիվն օրեցօր ավելանում է:

«Շատ հավանական է, որ դիմենք ԱԱԾ, եթե ոստիկանությունը շարունակի դանդաղել: Եղել են դեպքեր, որ մի ընտանիք 100 հազար դրամ է ծախսել: Գնել են թանկ տոմսեր՝ ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամների համար: Կան դեպքեր, որ 40 կամ 80 հազար են վճարել տոմսերի համար: Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ տոմսերի գինը 4000 - 20 հազար դրամ է»,- ասաց նա:

Միրզոյանը հայտնեց, որ տուժած քաղաքացիներին աջակցելու գործընթացը կշարունակվի այնքան, մինչև խնդրին չտրվի իրավական լուծում. «Տեղի ունեցածը հանցագործություն է մարդկանց հանդեպ: Ըստ էության, սա դուրս է սպառողների իրավունքների սահմանից, քանի որ սպառողները 14 օրվա ընթացքում դիմել են կազմակերպիչներին, սակայն հարցը չի լուծվել: Նկատենք, որ այս ամենը տեղի է ունեցել մինչև կորոնավիրուսով պայմանավորված իրավիճակը»:

Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մինչև այժմ կազմակերպիչները որևէ հայտարարությամբ հանդես չեն եկել. «Այս ամենը մենք որակում ենք որպես ես խաբեբայություն, խարդախություն»:
