Գողանում էին մեքենաների համարանիշերն ու տերերից փող շորթում․ ոստիկանության բացահայտումը (տեսանյութ)

Վերջերս ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում մեքենաների համարանիշերի գողությունների վերաբերյալ հաճախ էին ահազանգեր ստացվում։ Միայն Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում 20-ից ավելի նման դեպք արձանագրվեց։ Խոսքը սովորական գողությունների մասին չէ. Հանցավորների նպատակը համարանիշերին տիրանալը չէր, այլ ավելի հեռահար նպատակ էր հետապնդում։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:

Թանկարժեք համարանիշերը վերադարձնելու դիմաց նրանք տերերից փող էին պահանջում։ Ահա թե ինչպես. համարանիշերը գողանալուց հետո նրանք մեքենաների ապակիներին փակցնում էին գրություն՝ «Էս վայբերին կգրեք, հաշվեհամար կասենք, փող կուղարկեք, համարը տեղ կթողենք, կվերցնեք»։ Ընդ որում, գրության վրա թողնում էին արտասահմանյան հեռախոսահամար։

Տերերից ոմանք գրել են այդ համարին, ստացել հաշվեհամարը, պահանջված փողը փոխանցել ու տեղեկացել են, թե որտեղ է թաքցված իրենց մեքենայի համարանիշերը։ Դեպքերի առթիվ ոստիկանության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում շորթման հատկանիշներով քրեական գործեր հարուցվեցին ու փոխանցվեցին տարածքային քննչական բաժիններ։ Նախաքննության շրջանակներում ոստիկանության ծառայողները ձեռնարկեցին օպերատիվ-հետախուզական տարաբնույթ միջոցառումներ։ Հանցագործությունները բացահայտելու միջոցառումները հաջողությամբ հանգուցալուծեցին Նոր Նորքի ոստիկանները։ Նրանք օպերատիվ ճանապարհով պարզեցին կասկածվողների ինքնությունը։

Նրանց հայտնաբերելու միջոցառումներին միացան Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության և Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները։ Համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հունիսի 4-ին կասկածվողներն Արմավիրի մարզում հայտնաբերվեցին ու բերման ենթարկվեցին ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին։ Երևանում բնակվող 22 և 24-ամյա երիտասարդները ոստիկանությունից ներկայացվել են տարածքային քննչական բաժին ու ձերբակալվել։ Հարուցված քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներն ու քննչական գործողությունները շարունակվում են` դեպքերի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
