Ալիևը երկու պատճառ ուներ այս գիշերվա հարձակման փորձի համար

Փետրվարի 25-ին ադրբեջանական հարձակման փորձի տապալումը ցույց է տալիս հայկական պաշտպանական զորքերի պատրաստությունը: Նոր իրավիճակ չկա, սա, ըստ էության, 2014 թ. ամռան ամիսներից աստիճանաբար զարգացող իրադրության դրսևորևումներից է:

Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը, «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ փետրվարի 25-ի գիշերը ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից շփման գծի երկու ուղղություններով ձեռնարկված հարձակման փորձին՝ նշելով երկու պատճառ:

Դրանցից մեկը Ադրբեջանի իշխանության ներսում տեղի ունեցող խմորումներն են, մասնավորապես՝ կլանային պայքարը իշխանության համար և նախիջևանյան ու Փաշաևների դաշինքի ամրապնդումը: Մյուսը Խոջալուի դեպքերի 25-ամյակն է: Ալիևը փորձում է «փիառ» ակցիա անել Խոջալուի դեպքերի 25-ամյակին, որոշակի հաջողությունների հասնել ռազմական ճակատում և ցույց տալ, թե ինքը «վրեժխնդիր է լինելու»:

Բայց երկու պարագայում էլ, քաղաքագետի խոսքով, հիմնական պատճառը հայ-ադրբեջանական թշնամանքն է և Արցախը նվաճելու Ադրբեջանի ցանկությունը. «Նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին Ադրբեջանը ձախողեց իր ռազմական կամպանիան, որի արդյունքում կորցրեց ոչ միայն հաջողություն ունենալու, այլև բանակցային գործընթացում որոշակի դրույթներ որպես խաղաքարտ օգտագործելու հնարավորությունը: Ադրբեջանական կողմը այլևս չի կարող պատերազմ չվերսկսելը որպես փոխզիջում ներկայացնել, և ըստ էության քանդվեց այն թեզը, թե իրենք ցանկացած պահի կարող են ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծել խնդիրը: Ալիևը հիմա փորձում է այդ իրավիճակը շտկել, նա հասկանում է, որ լայնածավալ պատերազմի համար բավականաչափ ներուժ չունի, և այսօրվա հարձակման տապալումը դրա ապացույցներից մեկն է: Բայց պատերազմի իմիտացիա անելու տարբերակը կարող է աշխատել իրենց համար, և ըստ էության՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները այսօր հենց դա են անում՝ փորձելով պատերազմի իմիտացիայի միջոցով իրավիճակ փոխել, հասնել նրան, որ բանակցային սեղանին իրենց դիրքերն ուժեղանան և նորից կարողանան խոսել շանտաժի և պահանջատիրության լեզվով:»
