Երկրի ներսում օրեցօր ավելի խորացող քաղաքա-տնտեսական ճգնաժամն ու ոլորտային ձախողումների փաստը, գալիս են հերթական անգամ վկայելու այն չարչրկված թեզի իրողություն լինելու հանգամանքը, որ ներկայիս Կառավարության կազմում գերակշիռ մասը չի տիրապետում իր գործառույթներին, չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին, արդյունքում էլ ոլորտներում տոտալ ձախողումներ են, բարձիթողի վիճակ: Այս ամենի մասին սկսել են խոսել անգամ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր հեղափոխությունից հետո սազը ձեռքներին գովերգում էին այն բոլոր գործողությունները, որոնք իրականացվում էին՝ երկրում նոր իշխանություն ձևավորելու օրերին և այսօր ձվից դուրս եկած ճտի նման անմեղ դեմքով գուժում են, թե ոմանք ակտիվիստից դարձել են երկրի առաջին դեմք ու ճակատագրեր են որոշում: Սա ցինիզմ է առնվազն:
Իսկ իրականում այս բացարձակ ճշմարտության մասին բոլորից ավելի շուտ և դիպուկ հայտարարում էր բազմամյա փորձառություն ունեցող, ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, երբ զգուշացնում էր, որ փորձի պակասն ու մասնագիտական հմտությունների բացակայությունը, մի օր կոլապսի առաջ են կանգնացնելու երկիրը և դա տեղի ունեցավ, ինչպես և տեղի են ունենում բոլոր այն կանխատեսումները, որոնք անում է ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը: Իրավացի էր Ծառուկյանը, երբ ասում էր, որ մարդիկ ովքեր քայլել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողքով չպետք է զուտ այդ հանգամանքով պայմանավորված բարձր պաշտոններ ստանան: Այո նրանք աջակցել են հեղափոխությանը, դրա համար կարելի էր նրանց վստահել օգնականի, խորհրդականի պաշտոններ, մինչև համապատասխան փորձառություն ձեռք բերելը. Այսօր բոլորին է ակնհայտ, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոսքերը միանշանակ ճիշտ էին և դրանք զուտ քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավարի խոսքեր չէին, այլ երկրի և ժողովրդի ապագայով մտահոգ մարդու, ով իր ողջ գործունեության ընթացքում, քարը քարին դնելով արել է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի մեր պետությունը լինի հզոր, իսկ ժողովուրդն ապրի բարեկեցիկ:
Եվ այսօր էլ, եթե առիթ ընձեռնվի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հնարավորությունները, հմուտ քաղաքական թիմի ներուժն ու հարուստ կենսափորձը ներդնել երկրի զարգացման գործում, վստահաբար մենք այդ օրվանից ի վեր, արթնանալու ենք բոլորովին այլ՝ ավելի ապահով, ավելի հզոր ու զարգացման մեծ տենդենցով երկրում, միայն հարկավոր է կամք և վճռականություն, այս օրհասական պահին մի կողմ դնել բոլոր ամբիցիաներն ու լծվել այդ հայրենանվեր գործին:
