Արտակարգ դեպք Լոռու մարզում. մանկատուն տեղափոխվող երեխաները գայլերի կեր կդառնային

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի Վանաձորի թղթակցի ահազանգով շաբաթ՝ ուշ երեկոյան, Վանաձորի մանկատուն են տեղափոխվել Լոռու մարզի Փամբակ գյուղի կիսախարխուլ շինությունում բնակություն հաստատած ամուսինների 3 մանկահասակ երեխաները, որոնք ունեն առողջական խնդիրներ: Բնակարանը, որն անտառի խորքում գտնվող անասնագոմ է հիշեցնում, չունի տարրական պայմաններ՝ լույս, ջուր, գազ, սանհանգույց: Երեխաները քնում էին սառը սալիկապատ հատակին: Ծնողները՝ Սուսաննան ու Հովհաննեսը, շատ հաճախ երեխաներին՝ 2, 6, 9 տարեկան, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաներին, փակում էին շինության մեջ ու դուրս գալիս տանից՝ վտանգելով փոքրիկների կյանքը: Ամուսինները չեն աշխատում, 3 երեխաներից երկուսը հաճախում են հատուկ օժանդակ դպրոց, շաբաթ եւ կիրակի օրերին գտնվում են ծնողների հսկողության տակ, որն առավել քան վտանգում է երեխաների կյանքը: Չնայած սոցիալական ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակին ու կենցաղավարության տարրական հմտություններ չունենալուն՝ ընտանիքի մայրը՝ Սուսաննան, 5-րդ երեխային է սպասում: Սուսաննայի առաջին երեխան արդեն 4 ամիս է՝ գտնվում է Սուսաննայի մոր խնամքին: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ Սուսաննան 4 ամսվա ընթացքում երեխայի ճակատագրով հետաքրքրվել է մի քանի անգամ: Խնդրի մասին տեղեկանալով՝ «Ժողովուրդ»-ը շաբաթ՝ ուշ երեկոյան, ահազանգեց Լոռու մարզպետարանի ընտանիքի, կանանց եւ երեխաների իրավունքների վարչության պետ Սասուն Խեչումյանին, ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզի Գուգարքի բաժնի պետ Էրիկ Շարմազանովին ու Փամբակի գյուղապետին՝ հիշեցնելով, որ երեխաները ամեն պահի կարող են մահանալ ցրտից ու գիշատիչ կենդանիների հարձակումներից:
