- Անձամբ ես առանց կիթառի չեմ պատկերացնում Ձեզ: Երբվանի՞ց եք սկսել նվագել, և ի՞նչ է նշանակում Ձեզ համար այդ գործիքը:

- Կարելի ասել՝ իմ ընկերներից մեկն է կիթառը: Երրորդ-չորրորդ դասարանից նվագում եմ, ու երգերս հիմնականում եղել են հենց կիթառով: Դեռ փոքրուց հայրիկս ու մայրիկս միշտ կիթառ են նվագել ու երգել, ես էլ շարունակում եմ նրանց գործը:

- Ձեր ոճն ընդգծված կերպով տարբերվում է մեր շոու-բիզնեսում այսօր գերակշռող երգերից: Հավատու՞մ եք, որ մի ծաղկով գարուն կգա, և մի օր մենք կունենանք ճաշակով երգարվեստ:

- Չեմ կարծում, քանի որ միշտ եղել են ճաշակով երգեր, որոնք իրենց տեղն են զբաղեցրել, բայց, անճաշակ չասեմ, կոմերցիոն երգերն ավելի «փողաբեր» են: Դրա համար կարծում եմ՝ դժվար՝ ինչ-որ բան փոխվի:

- Գուցե վերջերս Սոնա Ռուբենյանի հետ համատեղ Ձեր «Պար պսակի»-ն հենց ինչ-որ առումով դեպի լավ փոփոխությանն է՞ր միտված:

- Ամենասկզբից ինչ-որ հատուկ նպատակ չենք ունեցել: Եթե լսել եք երգը, միայն առաջին տունն է հարսանեկան թեմայով, շարունակությունը Սոնայի մայրը գրեց և անվանումը որոշեցինք դնել «Պար պսակի»: Եվ քանի որ մի քիչ վալսի տեսքով է երգը, երաժշտությունից հասկացողները երևի հարսանիքներին կսկսեն օգտագործել: Չնայած՝ արդեն գիտեմ մարդիկ, ովքեր ամուսնացել են այդ երգի տակ:

- Ձեր երգերի գերակշիռ մասում սիրո թեման է իշխում: Ի՞նչ է սերը Ձեզ համար:

- Դա շատ բարդ հարց է, երևի ոչ ոք չի կարող կոնկրետ ասել: Սիրո տարբեր դրսևորումներ կան: Կարող եմ ասել, որ իսկական սերը ինչ-որ բան չի պահանջում հակառակ կողմից, դու ուղղակի սիրում ես:
