Համաշխարհային տնտեսության կորուստները 2020 թվականին 5,8 տրիլիոնից մինչեւ 8.8 տրիլիոն դոլար կկազմեն. ԱԶԲ

Համաշխարհային տնտեսության կորուստները կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պատճառով 2020 թվականին 5.8 տրիլիոն դոլարից մինչեւ 8.8 տրիլիոն դոլար կկազմեն կամ՝ համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ի 6.4-ից մինչեւ 9.7 տոկոս, եթե պետություններն անհրաժեշտ պատասխան քայլեր չձեռնարկեն, կանխատեսում են Ասիական զարգացման բանկի (ԱԶԲ) փորձագետները, փոխանցում է ՌԲԿ-ն:

ԱԶԲ-ն կրկնակի անգամ վատթարացրել է իր կանխատեսումը, որը տրվել էր դեռ ապրիլին, քանի որ սահմանափակումները, որոնք շարունակում են կիրառվել շատ երկրներում, բացասաբար են անդրադառնում տնտեսության վրա:

Ըստ բանկի կանխատեսման՝ առավելապես կտուժեն հիվանդության բռնկումից տուժած եւ խիստ սահմանափակումներ ներդրած երկրները, ինչը ներքին պահանջարկի կտրուկ անկման է հանգեցրել: Համավարակից կտուժեն նաեւ բաց տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրները եւ այն երկրները, որոնց տնտեսությունները կախված են զբոսաշրջությունից եւ հումքայն ապրանքային արտահանումից:

Հնարավոր կորուստները նվազեցնելու համար երկրները պետք է զսպեն կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը, նշել են բանկում: Դա անելու համար նրանք պետք է թեստավորեն անհրաժեշտ թվով մարդկանց եւ ունենան բավարար պաշտպանիչ միջոցներ եւ բժշկական սարքավորումներ, ինչպես նաեւ պետք է պահպանեն մեկուսացումը եւ սոցիալական հեռավորությունը: Բացի այդ, տնտեսության վրա երկարաժամկետ բացասական հետեւանքներից խուսափելու համար կառավարությունները պետք է աջակցեն կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին եւ ձեռնարկություններին:

Եթե ​​երկրները պատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկեն, դրանց կհաջողվի կկարողանան 40 տոկոսով կրճատել COVID-19-ի համավարակի հնարավոր վնասները՝ մինչեւ 5.4 տրիլիոն դոլարով կամ համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ի 5.9 տոկոսի չափով նվազեցնելով համաշխարհային տնտեսական կորուստները, կանխատեսում է ԱԶԲ-ն:

JPMorgan Chase & Co-ի վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով՝ առաջիկա երկու տարում կորոնավիրուսի համավարակից համաշխարհային տնտեսությանը հասցված վնասը 5.5 տրիլիոն դոլար կկազմի, հայտնում էր Bloomberg-ն ապրիլի սկզբին: «Աշխարհը խրվում է խաղաղ ժամանակների ամենախորը ռեցեսիայի մեջ 1930-ական թվականներից ի վեր, երբ համավարակի պատճառով կառավարությունները պահանջեցին, որպեսզի բիզնեսները փակվեն, իսկ մարդիկ մնան տանը»,- նշել են փորձագետները:

Ըստ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի՝ 2020 թվականին համաշխարհային տնտեսության անկումը 3 տոկոս կկազմի: Ընթացիկ տարում անկում կգրանցվի 194 երկրներից 157-ում, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանում, նշել է ԱՄՀ-ն: ԱՄՆ-ի տնտեսությունը կնվազի 5.9 տոկոսով, եվրագոտունը՝ 7.5 տոկոսով, իսկ Չինաստանում աճը կդանդաղի մինչեւ 1.2 տոկոս: Ռուսաստանի ՀՆԱ-ն, ըստ բանկային վերլուծաբանների, 2020 թվականին կնվազի 5.5 տոկոսով եւ 2021-ին լիովին չի վերականգնվի (+3.5 տոկոս):
