Մինչեւ կոնվենցիան ստորագրելը նախագահը թող լսի մեր ձայնը․ «Կամք»-ը նախագահականի առջեւ է

Հայկական Արժեքների Պաշտպանության «Կամք» հասարակական նախաձեռնությունն այսօր՝ մարտի 12-ին, բողոքի ակցիա է անցկացնում նախագահակն նստավայրի դիմաց՝ պահանջելով նախագահից չստորագրել նախօրեին ԱԺ-ի կողմից հավանության արժանացած «Սեռական շահագործումից եւ սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից երեխաների պաշտպանության մասին» Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կոնվենցիան։

«Պահանջում ենք, որ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հետ ուղարկի խնդրահարույց ձեւով վավերցված կոնվենցիան եւ ժամանակ տա, որ, երկիրը դուրս գալով արտակարգ դրությունից, քննարկի սեփական քաղաքացիների հետ, հետո, եթե վավավեցնելու են, թող վավաերցնեն։ Հույս ունենք, որ Արմեն Սարգսյանը չի մասնակցի մեր ժողովրդի դեմ տեղի ունեցած դավադրությանը։ Մինչեւ ստորագրելը նախագահը թող լսի մեր ձայնը, ժողովրդի ձայնը, դրանից հետո կորոշենք»,- նշեց նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Վահագն Չախալյանը։

Նշենք, որ «Սեռական շահագործումից եւ սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից երեխաների պաշտպանության մասին» Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կոնվենցիան վավերացնելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն արդեն ընդունվել է 79 կողմ, 12 դեմ ձայներով։ Կոնվենցիայի ընդդիմախոսները մեջբերում են դրա հոդվածներից մեկը, ըստ որի յուրաքանչյուր կողմ պետք է ձեռնարկի անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական կամ այլ միջոցներ՝ ապահովելու, որ երեխաները տարական եւ միջնակարգ կրթության ընթացքում ստանան սեռական շահագործման եւ սեռական բնույթի բռնությունների հետ կապված վտանգների, ինչպես նաեւ ինքնապաշտպանության միջոցների մասին տեղեկություններ։
