«Հրապարակ». Մրցույթում հաղթել է Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի մտերիմի լաբորատորիան

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության, վերահսկողության խնդիրներն այս համավարակի շրջանում ավելի ու ավելի շատ են մտահոգում մարդկանց։

Մեզ դիմած քաղաքացին որոշ տեղեկություններ փոխանցեց այդ ոլորտի հետ կապված։ Նախ, որ համաձայն «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական վերահսկողության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 16-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ և 3-րդ մասերի՝ փորձաքննություն կատարելու համար սննդամթերք ներմուծող տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներից գանձվում է փորձաքննության վճար` փորձաքննությունների գնացուցակի համաձայն: Փորձաքննության վճարը փոխանցվում է լիազոր մարմնի հատուկ հաշվին, որը հետագայում փոխանցվում է փորձաքննություն կատարած կազմակերպություններին` յուրաքանչյուր փորձաքննության համար` գնացուցակով սահմանված չափով: Մեր զրուցակցի տեղեկություններով՝ յուրաքանչյուր տարի մոտ 150 միլիոն և ավելի դրամ է կազմում այդ գումարը։

Եւ փորձաքննությունները հիմնականում իրականացնում է Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի մտերիմի ընկերությունը՝ լաբորատոր ծառայություններ մատուցող «Ստանդարտ Դիալոգ»-ը։ Լուրեր են նաեւ շրջանառվում, որ փորձաքննությունների որոշ մասը չի իրականցվում, այլ տնտեսվարողներին «վաճառում են» այդ եզրակացությունները:

Մենք կապվեցինք ՍԱՊԾ պետ Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի հետ։ Նա ասաց, որ «Ստանդարտ Դիալոգ» ընկերության ղեկավարության հետ վաղուց ունի մտերիմ հարաբերություններ․ «Նորմալ, մարդկային հարաբերություններ ունեմ։ Մենք շատ երկար ժամանակ ճանաչում ենք իրար եւ շատ լավ հարաբերություններ ենք ունեցել»։ Նա հաստատեց, որ հիմնականում այդ ընկերությունն է փորձաքննություններ իրականացնում․ «Գումարը շատ է ուռճացված, անցած տարի այդ լաբորատորիայում էր իրականացվում հետազոտությունները։ Ամեն տարի մրցույթ ենք իրականացնում, հաղթող լաբորատորիաները սկսում են աշխատել մեզ հետ։ Անցած տարվա մրցույթը հաղթել է «Ստանդարտ Դիալոգ» ընկերությունը, մեր պետական լաբորատորիան եւ մեկ այլ ընկերություն։ Վերջինը արագ մանրէաբանություն անելու հնարավորություն չունի, իսկ տնտեսվարողները, որպեսզի մեքենան երկար չկանգնի, նախընտրում են արագ հետազոտությունները, հետեւաբար, այդ նմուշների մեծ մասը գնում է «Ստանդարտ Դիալոգ»»։

Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ այս տարվա մրցույթում հաղթել է 3 ընկերություն, այդ թվում՝ «Ստանդարտ Դիալոգը»։ Ինչ վերաբերում է շրջանառվող տեղեկություններին, թե փորձաքննությունների ինչ որ մասը չեն իրականացվում, այլ գնվում են, պատասխանեց․ «Նման բան չեմ տեսել։ Եթե մարդիկ կան, որոնք ունեն այդ ապացույցները, ես խնդրում եմ այդ մարդկանց դիմել իրավապահներին, եւ մենք իմանանք՝ ինչ ենք անում, մենք այստեղ նստած չենք կարող իմանալ հետազոտությունը անում են, թե չէ։ Սակայն այս տարի նույն լաբորատորիաներից առաջարկ է եղել, որ բաց աշխատեն, որ կասկածներ չառաջանա հասարակության մոտ»։
