«Ժողովուրդ». Ինչ են պատրաստվում պարզել Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանից

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն, երեկ ԱԺ 2016 թվականի ապրիլին ծավալված ռազմական գործողությունների հանգամանքները ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովում կայացած նիստը կրկին անցել է հանգիստ մթնոլորտում: ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հարցերին պատասխանել է շատ կարճ ու կոնկրետ: Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս 2017 թվականի մարտի 1-ին նախկին վարչապետը ԱԺ ամբիոնից ուշագրավ հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկավ. «Ունենք կասկած, որ վառարանային վառելիքը հետո գնում է, կերոսինի հետ խառնվում է, և մենք շուկայում ունենում ենք անորակ նավթամթերք: Դուք շատ լավ հիշում եք, որ ապրիլյան դեպքերի ժամանակ մենք ունեինք բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, երբ որ մեր ռազմական տեխնիկան չէր աշխատում հենց դրա պատճառով»: Երեկ Ազգային ժողով ներկայանալու առիթը 3 տարի առաջ ունեցած այդ ելույթն էր: Հանձնաժողովականները հետաքրքրվել են Կարապետյանից. Պնդո՞ւմ է իր տեղեկությունը, եւ արդյո՞ք կարող է փաստեր ներկայանցել: Կարապետյանը, մեր տեղեկություններով, ի պատասխան հայտարարել է, թե այդ տեղեկություններն ինքը տարբեր զինվորական շրջանակներից է լսել եւ այլ ասելիք չունի: Նշենք, որ մեր տեղեկություններով այն զինվորկանանները, ովքեր քննիչ հանձնաժողով են եկել, հերքել են տեղեկությունը, թե դիզվառելիքի խնդիր է եղել: Ու հիմա քննիչ հանձնաժողովը չի կարողանում այդ ինֆորմացիայի ՚պոչը բռնել,, որպեսզի վերջնականապես բացահայտի. Արդյո՞ք ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին հայկական բանակն ունեցել է դիզվառելիքի դեֆիցիտ կամ որակի խնդիր: Նշենք, որ խորհրդարանի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի հաջորդ «հյուրը» պետք է լինի ՀՀ ԱԳՆ նախկին նախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանը, որի հետ հանձնաժողովը նպատակ ունի տեսակապով զրուցել, քանի որ նաՌԴ-ում է բնակվում: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ հանձնաժողովը փորձելու է Նալբանդյանից պարզել, թե ՀՀ ՊՆ ԳԽ շտաբի նախկին պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը 2016 ապրիլի 5-ին Մոսկվայում հրադադարի ինչ համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել, որն, ըստ էության, չեղյալ է համարում 1994 թվականի կնքված հրադադարի եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 1994 թվականին հրադադարի համաձայնագիրը եռակողմ է եղել՝ Հայաստանի, Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի հանրապետությունների միջև, իսկ ահա 2016-ի կնքվածը երկկողմ է՝ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ՝ Արցախը դուրս թողելով գործընթացներից, ինչը մեղմ ասած ամենաանցանկալի ելքը կարելի է համարել։ Արդյո՞ք այս հարցերի պատասխանները կկարողանան հանձնաժողովականները ստանալ Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանից, թե ոչ, ժամանակը ցույց կտա»:
