Կանխատեսելիության միֆը մեր երկրում

Ուշագրավ հայտարություն է արել Վրաստանի վարչապետ Գևորգի Գախարիան։ Նա մասնավորապես հայտնել է, որ հուլիսի 1-ից մտադիր է բացել իր երկրի ցամաքային սահմանները և վերսկսել ավիաչվերթները։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ տարածաշրջանում Վրաստանը արձանագրել է համավարակի դեմ պայքարի բարձր ցուցանիշներ և դա հաստատում են ինչպես երկրում իրականացված արդյունավետ միջոցառումները՝ արտակարգ ռեժիմը, պարետային ժամը, հանրային տրասպորտի գործունեության դադարեցումը, հանրային վայրերի փակ լինելը և այլ կոշտ միջոցառումներ, այնպես էլ երկրում արձանագրված հիվանդների թիվը՝ ընդամենը 615 վարակակիր և մահացության 9 դեպք։ Փաստացի վերոնշյալ իրավիճակը և այդ երկրի վարչապետի հայտարարությունը փաստում են մի բան՝ երկրի թե իրավիճակի, թե դրանց զարգացումների կանխատեսելիությունը հաստատուն երաշխիք է ինչպես երկրի ներսում ապրող քաղաքացիների, այնպես էլ՝ զբոսաշրջիկների համար։ Երկրի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Նաթիա Թուրնավան հայտարարել է, որ այժմ աշխարհը իրենց երկիրը պետք է ճանաչի նաև որպես ապահով երկիր։
Չեմ ուզում քննադատական դիսկուրս ծավալել մեր երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ, բայց մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ հակաճգնաժամային արդյունավետ միջոցառումներ Հայաստանում, այնուամենայնիվ, չկիրառվեցին, իսկ արտակարգ ռեժիմը որևէ լուրջ արդյունք այդպես էլ չտվեց, քանի որ այն առհասարակ գոյություն չուներ, կամ ուներ և մենք դրա մասին չիմացանք։ Մեր երկրի, այսպես կոչված, երաշխիքները մնում են քաղաքացու պատասխանատվության հույսին և ահա ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք՝ 2884 վարակակիր և 42 մահացության դեպք։ Ունենալով նման վիճակագրական պատկեր՝ երաշխիքները մեր երկրի պարագայում միֆ են, ինչպես միֆ է մեր երկրի դեպքում՝ նաև կանխատեսելիությունը։
