Կառավարության քաղաքական կամքը՝ կատարելու քաղաքական բարեփոխումներ, իրականացվում է հետևողական ճանապարհով. Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը՝ գործադիրի կատարողականի մասին

Տնտեսական բարեփոխումներ անելու համար շատ դեպքերում պետք են լինում ֆինանսական, տնտեսական և այլ միջոցներ, քաղաքական բարեփոխումների համար անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքական կամք, և ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ Կառավարության քաղաքական կամքը՝ կատարելու քաղաքական բարեփոխումներ իրականացվում է:

Այս մասին ԱԺ նիստում հայտարարեց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ ուժեղացվել է կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը, իսպառ վերացվելու է ընտրությունների ժամանակ անձի կամքի նկատմամբ ցանկացած ճնշում: Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ անցալ տարի և՛ ինստիտուցիոնալ, և՛ ֆունկցիոնալ լուրջ հաջողություններ են եղել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում:

«Նախորդ տարի ձևավորվեց կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը: Այն ձևավորվեց թափանցիկ կերպով, հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ընտրվեց ոչ թե խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուն, այլ նա, ով ներկայացված էր ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության կողմից: Սա կարևոր կոմպոնենտ է, որը վկայում է կառավարության՝ ժողովրդավարական ռեֆորմներից հետ չկանգնելու մասին»,-ասաց պատգամավորը

Նա ընդգծեց նաև, թե Հայատանում այլևս չկա անձեռնմխելիների «կաստա», և յուրաքանչյուր անձ իրեն հավասար է զգում օրենքի առջև:

Անդրադառնալով դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներին՝ Վարդանյանը նշեց՝ շատերը կարող են մեղադրել, թե լուծումներն արագ չէին, ուշացած էին: «Մենք առաջնորդվել ենք հետևյալ սկզբունքով, որ դատաիրավական համակարգում անհրաժեշտ են լրջագույն փոփոխություններ, և դրանք պետք է լինեն ոչ թե էմոցիոնալ, այլ հիմնվեն Կառավարության կողմից հաստատված համապատասխան ռազմավարությունների վրա և ապահովեն միջավայր, որտեղ մենք կունենաք որակյալ արդարադատություն»,-ասաց նա:

Պատգամավորի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանն ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում ժողովրդավարության ֆլագմանի խորհրդանիշ է, և այդ ֆլագմանը պետք է տանել այն ճանապարհով, որպեսզի ՀՀ-ում ժողովրդավարական զարգացումները լինեն օրինակ այլ երկրների համար:
